The overall theme of delivering the best performance evaluation possible for employee and employer protection came through. Others comments on showing its age rings true for me. The language at times felt harsh and uncaring towards human nature. Biggest take aways, do performance evaluations and beware of biases you might bring to the table.

Some interesting thoughts on performance evaluations but book does show it's age(2005) and seems dated in areas.

This little book helped me in my evaluations of classified staff at Nicholls State University.
