I was settin up to live a good life, the kinda life Id fought hard to deserve.
With a good womanthe best womanat my side, a degree under my belt, and the whole world at my feet, I was livin the kinda happily ever after usually denied the rebellious and the criminal. Id turned my back on that kinda life, thinkin I needed that clean, wholesome kinda happy.
Then the devil came

From what I learned, she's also working on a series for Dante from the Lombardi family, (which has nothing to do with this series) so my best guess is Augustish? I'm hoping it's early 2020 because I'm beyond excited to see who this book's going to be about.(less)

"Awake, arise, and be forever Fallen.

After The Fall is PHENOMENAL!! King Kyle Garro and Cressida Irons have been living together for quite awhile, but there are no rings, no wedding date in sight.

King is trying to do what he can to encourage incremental changes that might keep the Entrance PD off their back, but the Old Guard doesn't want to hear it. Cressida is wondering if she should bring up getting married in a more formal conversation.

King and Cress have had the talk, talked about

I'm dead!!!!

Here lies Giana Darling, or what is left of her rotting carcass after her readers find her. I would like to offer my condolences to her family, but I'm pretty sure I will be raising a pitch fork with the lynch mob, so sorry not sorry.

Giana's life was cut short in only the way a true reader can appreciate. She died for her craft. I'm sure it would warm her heart to know that crazy fans love her characters enough to steal her, tie her up, shout terrible things about her, beat her, and

Never thought much about dying. I was still a young man by anyones standards, only twenty-three and healthy with it, but my lack of curiosity about death stemmed more from my lifelong exposure to it than anything else.

Its been a few years. The club has gotten a few new ole ladys and theres a few new additions on the way. Entrance is still as corrupt as ever. No one seems to learn their lessons and everything just gets darker on this side of things. Seems around every corner theres a shadow

How could I do anything else, but die for that? For them?

Leave it to Giana to lead us on another awe inspiring journey full of sacrifice, vengeance, love, and redemption, while reminding us that family is more than just blood.

Its been a while since I started a book and didnt know if there was going to be a happily ever after. I also felt more emotions while reading After the Fall than I have during most books. While Im not going to spoil the ending, I will say that everything that took place in

I am in awe. I honestly dont know how else to put it. Ever since I read Lessons in Corruption I knew I could never get enough of the infamous King Kyle Garro. No matter what, Id always need more and my appetite for him would never be fulfilled. When Giana announced that the fourth Fallen Men book would be none other than King and his Queenie I couldnt for the life of me contain my excitement. Its like my wishes had been answered, but I had no idea the emotional ride Id be in for.

man i should have known it was King! here's a teaser for After the Fall: Id always been the kinda man, even in the body of boy, who knew what he wanted and fuckin took it. sounds familiar right?

I may be younger than you, I may be your student in the classroom, but here, with us and in real life, Im a man who knows what he wants and takes it. No questions

Im speechless. Completely at a loss of words. How can I say something quite reasonable about the book thats a complete masterpiece? Giana Darling has such a way with words that you devour their beauty and breathe them. Dear lord, the way she described the love between King and Cress made me so emotional that I was constantly clutching at my chest. I was seriously afraid that my heart will burst. After The Fall took me for

Yaaasss! Thank you Giana for not using the typical, cliche, and annoying plot devices that most authors use nowadays as hurdles for the couple to supposedly make their love "stronger". King and Cress were actually my least favorite couple in the series, though I love their age gap, but this book was the perfect redeemer for them.

I was surprised by how much I liked this book, and I'm giving major props to Giana right now. This story was about Cress and King's relationship, and their

Jesus Christ,

Giana Darling has done it... AGAIN. Giana became a fast favorite of mine with this series so when I saw book four was happening, I was over the moon and I was not disappointed.

The author throws us back into the world of The Fallen Men from the very first page. I thought this series was over after Good Gone Bad, but I was so wrong and I am so glad I was. Falling back into this world was amazing. It was brutal, it was emotional AF, and it was one hell of a ride but I

So I feel like I was thrown into the deep end of the pool.
This is the fourth book on a series, and that's where I started (*facepalm*)... SO that's totally on me.
BUT, I really enjoyed this and now I want to read all about the Fallen Men.

It was refreshing that I caught up with Cress and King's relationship while It was ongoing. I guess it was just very interesting to see them as a truly formed couple that loved one another and that had external issues, instead of the will they won't they.

What a heartbreaking, emotional ride of your life!

Im a little lost and dont know what to write. Ive been put through the emotional wringer even though I kinda knew it was coming- even before that prologue I had the gist of what was going to happen, I just didnt know Giana would near on destroy me because of my love for these characters. Whats worse is I know its not over. The head evil villain hasnt been stopped yet. I need more of these books Giana. I need another sweet novella- or just a

I'll be completely honest, there was a fairly large part of me that wanted book four to be about Nova, and that part was a little sad when I found out that it wasn't. To be ready and to remember everything that had happened in the past, I decided to re-read the Fallen Men series. After doing so, my love and adoration of the love King and Cress have got a thousand times bigger and the need for a second book was huge (especially reading Fallen Son and Good Gone Bad). The teasers Giana posted every ...more

Hold on, for this is a bumpy and emotional ride! From the very first page you are pulled back into the Fallen world. We met them in Lessons in Corruption but their story wasnt over. Not when youre in love with a man of the Fallen MC. Cressida Irons and King Garro are ready to finally take the next step in their relationship but with tensions high in the club, can they finally get engaged and walk down the aisle before chaos ensues? So many threats against the MC might be too much to move on ...more

I had mixed feelings before reading After we fall :
I was excited because the previous book ended with a huge cliffhanger and I needed to know how things would turn out for Zeus after his arrest.
At the same time I wasn't exactly thrilled to read another book about this couple, which is my least favorite in this series.

You know youre in for one hell of a read when the prologue makes you gasp!

Its no secret I love this authors storytelling. This couple - King & Cressida were how I found her books so they hold a special place in my heart.

Their love is what romance is made of. Their chemistry, their connection and their acceptance of each other for exactly who they are. They give me all the heart eyes.

There were moments during this one where I had to stop reading because I was crying so hard. I was even

Well, well, well!!! What do we have here? G?
After the Fall was the fourth book in the Fallen Men MC series by Giana Darling. It was a follow up for King and Cressida (book one, Lessons in Corruption) as well as the overall MC conflict.

It had been over a year since I had read the last book in the series so I was a little lost at first but I stuck with it and it eventually came full circle. The first half of the books timeline aligned with book three, Good Gone Bad and served as a high level recap for those events. At 50%, the book then

If you want to read the best version of this story, do not read the 1st/original edition as it is not fully edited!!!!

It was so fabulous to be back with King, Cressida & all of The Fallen characters again!!! Its been quite a while since I read the other installments, and I have a horrible memory, so I was worried Id need to reread some of the earlier installments, but Darling does a phenomenal job of catching us up to where we left off!!! While reading this, it was like no time

The King and his Iron Queen

Were back with the men and women of The Fallen MC. Its always nice to be there. And while I think King is a sexy beast and Cress is his queen, Im not really sure I needed more of their story. I was happy with where they were heading at the end of Lessons in Corruption. I enjoyed getting more of them in the subsequent books in the series. I was confident in them as a couple and believed their love to be everlasting. Ms. Darlings illuminating prose convinced me of that.

When this book was announced I was all KINDS of happy to know that Id be able to dive back into the world of The Fallen Men.

When the couple was announced. I was intrigued and a little wary simply because I didnt want my happy bubble to be broken ~ as can happen when a couple gets another book in a series ~ even though I figured it would be put together again.

Then I read the blurb and wentWell, fuck The blurb does say it all, but is also quite vague (something I shouldnt be too

A love story that sears the soul! The author has made me fall in love with The Fallen Men time and time again. King has continued to be a favorite book boyfriend since Lessons in Corruption. The biker poet delivers romance and devotion to the woman he loves like no other.

Their love was immeasurable, yet their lives were not without pain and heartache. A corrupt man hell bent on vengeance was willing to do anything to take down The Fallen MC. However, he never imagined the lengths a Fallen man

Cressida has not been my....favorite person, you could say. She was incredibly judgemental to King in their first book, Lessons in Corruption, and I didn't care for her at all. King, however, I adore in all his alpha biker goodness.

Family isnt in the blood. Its the echo of each name that sounds with the beat of your heart.

I find myself a tad disappointed with this. After that omfg cliffhanger in the last book, I expected this to dive straight into that as The Fallen men handle the

There is a lyricism, a beautiful poetry to Giana Darling's words. When you read her words there's a mystism to them. You feel like for a brief moment the veil that seperates us from Divine knowledge has been pulled back and you get an incredible glimpse of the heart of humanity. King and Cress's story is epic but it's also real, raw, unbelievably relatable. Anyone who as ever lost love, fought for their family and their place in the world will understand their journey. First of all, have you read King of Iron hearts. No, get on it. This series is everything I love age gap, opposites attraction and taboo. Now 23 and prospecting to The Fallen (his birthright) with the encouragement of his rough and tumble queen.
Four years in, King and Cressida are still hot for each other. I swoon over King hard. His loyalty, his poetry and his love for his woman and family. Cressida found herself in this book. Total bad ass queen fit for her King. I was put through the wringer

After the Fall by Giana Darling is the fourth book in the Fallen Men series. The book focuses on the story of Cressida Irons and King Kyle Garro (who you would have met in book 1) and shows how their relationship has progressed in the past four years since we last met them. Although they have both gotten a little bit older, they are still in love, still have plans and still have some sass and attitude until trouble comes knocking for them.

Everything seems right with both King and Cress. Cress
