This was an interesting collection of myths and tales from Scotland or rather Isle of Skye. I really liked a lot of the stories, but when reading them rather quickly back to back the single stories were a bit repetitive. Still an enjoyable collection and a great introduction to myths and legends as well as a bit of history and oral tradition. Well worth the read.

Ha sido interesante entrar en ese mundo mágico poblado por seres fantásticos y conocer viejas leyendas de las tierras altas .

This collection is filled with wonderful stories told by a traditional storyteller from the Isle of Skye. The only regret I had reading this collection is that it ended too soon, and I wished for more stories.

An amazing book, beautifully written. I found the choice of categories interesting, and some of the stories were wonderful and one of a kind. I definitely recommend it to anyone interested in Scottish culture, storytelling, history, or oral tradition.
