After more than 30 years of tai chi practice, this is the best and clearest description of tai chi theory and practice that I have encountered. I have been going back to it again and again for 15 years. As my practice develops, different things pop out of the text that I did not fully appreciate on previous readings. Thorough and beautifully written in erudite English. This book is a treasure for beginners and advanced students of all styles of tai chi. Highly recommended.

This book is difficult to understand without a solid background in Chen style Taiji.
