“You’re the worst kind of heartbreaker, Carter.”

I loved Teagan and Carter’s story. I think if you read the other books and get to know them beforehand, then this story is probably more enjoyable. I don’t feel like their characters relationship is built much in this one. It’s more like they have wicked attraction/chemistry and say how they’ve been close for so long so you’re told. Not shown. BUT ANYWAY. Like I said I enjoyed this read. I love Jackson Harbor. I love the characters from the past bo

Carter and Teagan had a few bumps along the road to their HEA. Teagan especially had a lot to overcome. Rich is such a despicable character and I loved when she finally let it all out. I also loved that, although Carter was having a hard time because of the loss of his friend, he pulled it together and realized that he couldn't let Teagan go. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait for Shay's story!

I had to sit on this one for a bit. I'm crazy in love with this series so I was incredibly sad and disappointed that I just didn't enjoy this book. Carter and Teagan's story felt rushed and lacked a proper build, I think. This was a friends to lovers romance with a fake-relationship spin, but it was overshadowed by a lot of over the top drama that felt unnecessary and left me struggling to connect. I never felt the chemistry between Carter and Teagan and because of that, I struggled wit

Crazy for Your Love is yet another literary hit from the uber-talented Lexi Ryan! I cannot get enough of The Boys of Jackson Harbor series; and even though this book is part of the series, it can be read as a standalone. Although I highly recommend reading them in order because each book is fantastic!

Carter and Teagan…*sigh*…their connection is so simple yet so complicated at the same time. Both are attracted to the other. Simple, right? You would think so. Two people who are drawn together, wit

I absolutely love Lexi Ryan. She is a go to for books with a whole mess of emotion that also have such great chemistry and characters and stories that I get lost in them from the first page and then wander around in a bit of a fog for hours after closing the book.

The boys of Jackson Harbor has been such an awesome series and I have loved every one of them but when I picked this one up I only vaguely remember the last book. So I basically read this as a standalone and it still seriously worked fo

It started out great, with the fake girlfriend plot and all until it gets hot between the two. I was even rooting for them until things get complicated. To be honest, I don't know if I were in Teagan's position, will it be okay if somehow everyone just got a taste of Carter (view spoiler)

The secret that Teagan held as to why she was scared of Rich was tiring at some point because she doesn't want to spe

It started off enjoyably ... reminiscent of earlier book in the series, Straight Up Love which has been my favourite/ the least dramatic of the series. Sure Carter was a man slut, but it was mentioned by several characters that this was out of character for him and that he was suffering ptsd. I thought those bits were quite well done in the beginning, until it just became TOO much. Dude was sleeping with at least three women at once and there’s not much less romantic than that. (Do you think he ...more

I have enjoyed The Boys of Jackson Harbor since the author has been publishing them, but I think Crazy for Your Love is my favorite of them all! These books can be read as a standalone without a problem, but believe me when I say you don't want to miss anything involving this fun family!

Friends to lovers has been done time and time again by many authors, but Crazy for Your Love did this in an unique way! It wasn't the typical 'we feel attracted to each other, but don't want to admit it', but Tea

Crazy for Your Love by Lexi Ryan is book 5 in The Boys of Jackson Harbor Series. This is the story of Carter and Teagan. I haven't yet read the previous books, so for me this was a standalone book.
Teagan has to go to her sister's wedding which she finds out a ex boyfriend will be attending too. So she asked her friend Carter to go with her as her date. Carter is dealing with some hard stuff too. But with this wedding weekend they end up facing the attraction that they have been dancing around.

Sometimes I go into a Lexi Ryan book thinking I'm going to get a nice easy contemporary romance, or maybe a nice rom-com. But then I start reading and the level of emotion sneaks up on me. All the feels start up and I fall in love with the characters. I get wrapped up in them and don't want to do or think about anything else until the last words are read and they get their HEA. That's exactly the experience I had with Crazy For Your Love.

I loved Teagan and Carter and how their pasts and present

Carter wants nothing to do with his new found fame after going viral over a photo of him saving a puppy. So when he's roped into being auctioned off at the family brewery auction, he surprises everyone by announcing he's dating Teagan. Including Teagan.
But Teagan needs Carter's help too. When she discovers her ex is coming to town for her sister's wedding, she needs a buffer and date fast. So she convinces Carter to be her fake boyfriend for the weekend.

It's no lie that I love the Jackson family more then words!!!! I have read every book since they came out and honestly I don't want them to EVER end!  Lexi's family sagas are a thing of beauty!  Every story is unique and her hero's are just so swoon worthy!  I have to be honest this one wasn't what I thought it was going to be.  It was so much MORE!

Carter is another of the amazing Jackson brothers that you just won't be able to help not falling in love with!  He's sweet, sexy and a firefighter.
This was yet another fabulous read by Lexi Ryan. Even though Crazy for Your Love is part of The Boys of Jackson Harbor series, it can easily be read as a standalone without missing a beat. However, once you read one of these books, you will want to go back and read the others. Yes, they are just that good.

The premise of this book begins with Teagan asking her friend, Carter to be her "fake date" for her sister's upcoming wedding. Teagan has reasons for not wanting to attend single and her strapp

Carter Jackson and Teagan Chopra have been friends for years, the kind of friends who jump in and pretend to be more when the need arises. But no matter how much Carter may wish there was more between them, Teagan consistently makes sure he knows he is in the friend zone. When Carter needs Teagan to pretend to be his girlfriend to get him out of a bachelor auction, he promises he’ll owe her. Big. She has the opportunity to collect much sooner than she anticipates though, when she learns her ex w ...more

Crazy for Your Love by Lexi Ryan is the fifth book in her The Boys of Jackson series, a series of standalones, and is a fake relationship/friends to lover romance. Teagan and Carter are friends, so when Teagan needs a date to her sister’s wedding, which will also be attended by her ex, she decides to ask Carter. Carter has been garnering attention he does want, so when Teagan needs a date, a fake relationship/date seems like a win-win.

I am very sad I haven't read the first four books in this series, cause I really liked this one. I wasn't at all lost while reading it.

Teagan and Carter are friends, maybe even best friends who have skirted on the outside of a relationship. Both were afraid to ruin that friendship, until fate or was Carter pushed and changed everything. They were so sweet and sexy together. I really, really hated her ex. He's a douche, and her cousin wasn't much better.

Teagan made Carter Jackson her fake boyfriend once before and now she has to ask him to do it again.

Poor Teagan has an ex who believes they are still destined for his HEA but she knows there is no way that will ever happen. Her family loves him, so when she learns he is invited to her sister wedding she has to ask Jackson to be her fake boyfriend again.

This is where I started to not love the story. Teagan, as the story unfolds becomes harder and harder to like. Jackson is the typical alpha man

I have been looking forward to Carter Jackson's story for a while now. He is a firefighter, and has become a media sensation due to a puppy rescue. So he is getting more and more attention he does not really want. Internally he is really struggling with guilt over a recent event and not acting like his former self. He does not want to be called a hero and get anymore attention, so when he needs a cover, he enlists Teagan to be is fake girlfriend for a night. One little white lie...

“I will never be that perfect girl you were looking for. But I’m hoping that, just maybe, your life is better wit me in it.”

Teagan needs a “fake boyfriend” for her sister's wedding. And after being Carter’s false girlfriend to save him from a mess at an auction, nothing easier and fairer than to ask her friend to return the favor. But the actual chemistry they feel for each other can complicate things a little.

I've followed and read every book in this series so I was really looking forward to Carter's story. Unfortuntly this wasn't my favourite book in this series, although it was well wrote as always I felt Carter and Teagan's story was rushed and therefore lacked that deep connection and chemistry. Also Teagan's "secret" just seemed to drag out and didn't really fit her as a character. She comes across as this strong sassy female yet she just let her secret drag along instead of owning

The boys of Jackson Harbor are back and this time it is Carter’s story. If you’ve read the previous books in the series you’ve met Carter and Teagan. Though, this story can be read as a standalone, the entire series is amazing and worth reading.

Carter is a firefighter in Jackson Harbor, he is deemed the town hero, but doesn’t feel that way. Teagan ran away from her life and found happiness in Jackson Harbor, of course when her sister decides to have a destination wedding and her ex is coming ba
