No lack of hot scenes. Not much of a dialogue but there is a story.

Riley aka Ridge was looking for her long lost brother who has disappeared, she knew to find him someplace up in the mountains but she gets attacked by some hitmen. With guns going off it attracts a avalanche. Burying her in the snow she is saved by a rugged man Noah aka Harris saves her but is very on his toes, he's a navy seal and he saw those hitmen chasing her, wanting answers he waits for her to wake up.

Riley wakes but she has no memory of who she is or why she ended up here. Her only clue is that her and Noah slept together, Noah aka Harris uses that and says they did to see if a spark or something happens.

But these two banter like no tomorrow, flirting teasing and couple spanks has Noah falling for his beauty. But she slowly is gaining her memories..figuring out she's his teammates/friends baby sister he tries.. TRIES to push her away.

But that's not all some bad guys are coming for them.. can he keep her safe? Also.. can he answer a important question.. is her brother alive

I was pleasantly surprised by this book. It was a fun story and fun characters with an interesting plot line. Fun little read.

Our main man Noah was super mega hot with his filthy mouth and sometimes stoic, sometimes fun and teasing personality. Heroine, Riley "Ridge" was very fun and pretty relateable. I liked her spitfire attitude and that she wouldn't let Noah get away with shit.

I'd like to read more from this author in the future so I will have to see what other treats she has out there :)

He nurses her back top health meanwhile the chemistry between them boils over and they can't deny how they feel about each other. Steamy Heat so get your fan/ac out and in working order! But what about the men stalking her?  An absolutely fabulous suspenseful story by the best selling author J.L. Beck that had me sitting on the edge of my seat.  From first to last page I didn't want to be distracted as it was so well written that it was almost as if I was actually 'seeing' the book playout in front of me.  Fantastic characters and the ending was just perfect.  I look forward to her next romantic adventure. I received a reader's copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. Definitely recommended  - get your own copy now!

I’m SHOCKED by the high rating. This was God-awful... the premise was decent... the avalanche and the amnesia... but I couldn’t bring myself to finish it after the over-the-too alpha male ridiculous sex scenes! Gross.

Riley has been searching for her brother for 3 months. For the last 6 months, she’d thought of nothing else. She will find the truth. Her info leads her to a mountain, 2 hours hike, but when she is half of the way, she hears someone is coming up behind her. She knows who they are, for months she had been followed and then she run, they start shooting at her, she keeps going up, when a sound like a rumbling vibrated the ground and an avalanche buries her.
When she wakes up,she meets the most handsome man she has ever seen, and when he asks her what she is doing there, she cannot answer hi bc she doesn’t remember, she does not even remember her name. Then starts calling her Ridge and he introduces himself as Harris.
He tries to find out who she is and if she’s on the mountain to kill him, but he can’t help but feel immensely attracted to her, and they both start a flirting game in which they both end up burning.

“His tastes in the sexual part of it ran a bit to the edgy and rough side anyway and a female almost had to pass a quiz he’d come up with to qualify for sex with him. Oh, no they weren’t aware of it as being a test, as during the date, he would pursue the questions. Yeah, it sounded egotistical of him. Yet, it really wasn’t. Why should either of them waste their time, if they didn’t fit in a sexual way?”

This was great right from the start I loved it. Harris and Ridges story is amazing, Ridge (Riley) is so strong and capable that she goes after what she wants even if she carn’t remember who she is at the moment , all she knows is this man named Harris is hot and sexy and dangerous as hell. Harris (Noah) navy seal rescued Ridge from being killed and now he is having very hot dirty thoughts about this hot sexy woman that lives with him up in the mountains stranded together, who is she and why is she here. Ridge carn’t remember what brought her to the mountains and Harris is hiding out from everyone, so what does the future hold for them with this hot chemistry boiling over to breaking point and can there secrets keep them together or pull them apart with enemies coming at them from all sides. Read this great book to find out. I voluntarily read an Arc copy of this book for an honest review.

While I was checking on what to read, I came across this book. I don't really plan on reading steamy romance or something slutty thingy since I've been reading a lot of smut mangas already (LOL I know, I know!) but the cover is sexy and I thought, maybe I should give it a try. I was hesitant to read this at first because I thought it's part of a series or something but good thing it isn't. The story is good. The sex is hot! The details are just perfect. The characters as well. I also like the ending and I knew that Harris/Noah can now really start a new life with a baby on it. Oops! Spoiler! Overall, I like the story and I think the author has more to offer. I'm going to check on the others soon. If you guys are looking for some book with some steamy hot sex and vibrant details, you may definitely check on this one!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book. I have read several books by JL Beck but let me say this book was amazing but who doesn't love a hot SEAL.
Noah has prided himself on being a ghost with no ties. It makes for being the best SEAL until a sassy smart mouth woman comes up his mountain.
Riley looses her memory in an avalanche and has no clue this beautiful hunk is that's taking care of her. How can she be so attracted to someone she doesn't remember?
Riley was my favorite. She had so much sass and had the best comebacks. This book was full of adventure and steam with a HEA ending. Can't wait for more from this series.

Riley is heading up a mountain to seek answers, when she has an accident and ends up with amnesia. Noah is a navy seal, who is in hiding, and rescues Riley. Both of these characters have demons, but will secrets get exposed? No spoilers; this is a definite must read, you will not be disappointed! This is a well written flawless story, which had me totally captivated throughout this addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author, and highly recommend her work for all readers.

This was a good read. It has action, amnesia and some hot and steamy parts. Riley is looking for answers and thinks Noah has those answers. Noah is a Navy SEAL who is trying to stay off the grid. When there is an avalanche, Noah rescues Riley and takes her to his cabin. When she wakes up, she has no recollection of who she is or why she was climbing his mountain. Noah helps Riley get better and in the process they get closer. When the truth comes out will they be able to have a future?

He nursed her back to life and the sparks between the two of them is strong. She is a stubborn women who doesn't remember a thing and he is a Alfa male. Holy smokes must read!!!!

What happens when your in hiding and find someone climbing up the mountain near your cabin with 2 hitmen shooting at said figure who is a beautiful woman? Then said woman loses her memory and wakes up to a gorgeous hot man who is going to keep her toes up. Riley and Noah story was absolutely hot and steamy and the fireworks between them with her being sassy was so good.I absolutely loved this book and please write her brother book.

I really enjoyed this steamy and emotional romance. I loved the chemistry between Riley and Noah. I thought that the sparks they generated could easily burn down the mountain they were stranded on. With loads of drama, emotional turmoil, secrets and danger, the intense plot keeps you completely entertained. A wonderful read! This is my totally honest and completely voluntary review.

Noah is a Navy Seal who is in hiding, and has no idea what to do with the temptation he rescues climbing up his mountain. I liked the storyline, and the characters had great personalities.
