Super useful and used at least monthly. Unfortunately, my copy was given to me by some drug-reps, so I am always ashamed to use it, and also ashamed that I don't throw the tainted one away and buy a clean one. Bummer that such an immensely useful book was tainted by the strings attached by its giver.
