More arid than the Mohave Desert, it does contain some useful information.

Great book for reference and when designing an online course. Goes in to very in depth history and is very easy to read.

June 7, 2016Even for a textbook, it was dry and boring. However, there was some good quality information in there. There was too much information on the history of learning at a distance. The most useful information in the book was the second part. Personally, I could have done without the majority of the 1st half.
