Data – collected in the real world as well as electronically – detailing the non/use of the web in political efforts. It’s the book we should’ve all been awaiting. It’s a labor intensive process that leads to conclusions, some of which may extrapolate and many of which are surprising. It should be required reading for all the talking heads whose opinion pieces are so limited as to be broadly wrong.
