I'm a United Methodist pastor, retired but serving a small church in New Hampshire following the sudden death of its pastor. This book was strongly recommended by the bishop of the New England Conference for all pastors to read. And it's an OK book, sharing many of the ideas I've read over and over for the last 40+ years. I heard Cameron speak at our national church gathering. She inspires me. I had a copy of her book on my Kindle, but after reading it, I bought a copy for other church members to share. Cameron knows what churches are going through and provided inspiration to do the work as well as some handy tools to get the work done.
