This was gifted to me by a dear sweet friend since I recently lost my sweet beloved cat, Misty, on November 30th, 2022.
While it is a short read it is so in depth with touching your heart and soul and your grief with so much meaning!
I cried many of tears which were very therapeutic but at times I also laughed and chuckled at the heart touching all inspiring and grief calming excerpts in this book. While I haven't listened to the CD yet I think it's wonderful that it even comes with a special CD which includes four songs which are meant to help you on your path of grief.
I so recommend this book to anybody that has just recently lost a pet companion. Like I said it is short but that's kind of what you need when you're grieving. Sure sweet to the point while being kind compassionate thought-provoking and a healing balm to your heart.

This is a very important gift for those who are grieving the loss of a pet...most importantly because of the beautiful CD by Kim McLean. This book is not complete as an e-book...it works in tandem with the book for healing.
