With his dying breath, a bullet-ridden man staggers into Stonewall's saloon clutching a gold bar, and names bounty hunter Denver Calhoun as his killer. Despite the dead man being one of the bank-raiding Flynn gang, the hunt is on for Denver. In Bluff Creek, when the unlikely Horace Turner wagers a gold bar in a poker game, Denver reckons that the Flynns are involved. Can he succeed in bringing them to justice though, now the bounty hunter has become the hunted?

It was a good read and kept my attention until the end. There wasn't anything fantastic about it but it was worth reading. It seems all westerns have the same ending. The main character survives to continue on to the next book.
