Absolutely loved Molly and JP! Their story was unique an entertaining. It was great to see the shy super fan come out of her shell with just the right guy. Sherbrooke Station has been an amazing series!

Your Sound is the third book in the Sherbrooke Station series. And I must confess, I haven't read the previous two books, but you best believe that will be changing. This is my first time reading anything by Katia and I am so freaking ecstatic that I came across this author. I just want to read everything and devour all of her words!

Molly is the quintessential shy girl. She gets embarrassed easily and prefers to keep to herself and not socialize with others. She's so relatable and that's one of the many reasons why I liked her so much. Awkward through and though, but that's what makes her, her adorable self. And who would've thought that an unexpected encounter, a member of her favorite band would have the ability to help her out of her shell and have her talking.

JP, mon amour, comme j'aime! Mon dieu, mon dieu, mon dieu! There's so much more to him that meets the eye. Behind his cheeky attitude and life of the party persona lies a person that just wants to be accepted, and more so by his father. What JP didn't expect was to find comfort in a shy girl who makes him feel safe and has him wanting things he never wanted before.

JP and Molly were every bit adorable. They were fun and sexy and I just les aimait en morceaux, loved them to pieces. They fit together seamlessly. They're relationship is sweetly cute. I couldn't get enough of these two. Oh, mon coeur I wanted more, so so so much more of JP and Molly.

"Our kiss is a crescendo. It’s a sound so loud it shatters the earth around us until we break away from the rest of the world. There’s just the two of us, caught in each other’s arms and lost in each other’s need. He coaxes my body like a conductor controls an orchestra, moving his mouth on mine in ways that make me give up sweet high notes and trembling low bass calls."

I loved this book, I loved this book, I loved this book. I especially liked the French throughout the book, it gave it that perfect essence. C'est magnifique. I honestly didn't want it to end.

This book had a lot of good qualities mixed with things that I didn't like. Which makes for a rather spotty reading experience. I think that for this review I will break things down into what I liked and what I didn't like.

Starting off with the good, I really liked the premise of the story. It is actually what made me read the book in the first place. I knew that I had to read this when I read in the synopsis that a shy band groupie has a run in with a member of her favorite band when he busts up into her bedroom while she is in her underwear.

The overall plot of the story was very good. I definitely thought that some of the concepts could have been elaborated on or given more attention, but I liked where the story went overall.

I liked that the main characters had a decent backstory. I would have liked more exploration into their backstories, but there was enough information to get a grasp on their personalities and why they act the way that they do.

I think that what kept me from loving this book the most was the execution of the storytelling. I didn't feel drawn into the story, nor did I feel connected to it. I wanted to. I really did, because I liked the story as a whole. The writing didn't create the chemistry between the characters that would normally have me slamming the pages. There wasn't enough power in the pages to make me really care. It was missing that oomph that makes a story great.

In the book, one of the main characters is French Canadian and so he speaks a lot of French. I typically don't mind when characters speak other languages, but it felt excessive in this book. I literally was on Google translate more than necessary which greatly put a damper on my reading enjoyment. I feel like I shouldn't have to constantly look up translations to know what the characters are saying. It was very annoying.

Overall, this book had a lot of promise but in the end, did not work for me. While I didn't totally hate the reading experience, it probably isn't one that will stick with me. It has its merits though, so if you enjoy contemporary romance then you may enjoy this one. I am not sure if I will read any of the other books in this series. They do sound interesting enough for me to give the author another shot.

I absolutely ADORE this series, but I’m not gonna lie, ive been waiting on JPs book from the very start. There was something about him that just drew me in, perhaps it was the Québécois, or his cheeky attitude, but I just knew his story was going to be special. And it was. And I was right, I did love Molly and JP. I really felt for Molly. I could certainly relate to her. She gets so nervous and anxious around people that it can be really debilitating sometimes. She said something at one point in the story that really hit home with me, because as I am getting more stressed lately, it has been something I have struggled with as well. Molly said that she has a hard time not imagining the worst possible senario for any given thing. She just obsesses over everything that can go wrong and it overwhelms her. I really felt for Molly. And I was determined to see her get her happy ending.

Molly is super shy, but her roommate is in a serious relationship with someone from Molly's favorite band- Sherbrooke station. Can you even imagine how uncomfortable that would be? Having a huge fangirl crush on a guy, only to have him be head over heels for your roommate? I have never read Ace and Stephanie's story, but I don't see him being a good match for Molly. Now, JP on the other hand is the right balance of easy going and calming to mesh with Molly. JP always makes Molly feel at ease, which is like liquid gold for her. Can you tell that I really love JP and Molly together? Not to mention they are both so talented- Molly is a great budding artist and JP is super musically talented.

I loved watching their friendship turn into something more. There were a few road bumps along the way, and a few annoyances within those road bumps for me, but overall this was a really sweet, and cute romance. I can't wait to read about the other members of Sherbrooke Station in their own stories. I will definitely be checking them all out. This was a fun romance and would be great for fans of art and music.

Molly is the shy and reclusive roommate of the girl dating Montreal-based rock superstar, Sherbrook Station’s, lead singer, Ace. She’s also the co-creator of the bands biggest fandom website.
JP is the band’s keyboardist, known as the jokester; the funny guy. Never taken seriously and never taking anything too seriously… until the day he accidentally barges into the wrong room and comes face-to-face with a half-naked Molly.
The relationship starts off rather awkwardly, but they are both a bit nerdy, geeky, and retro in the funnest ways. They seem to fit together well until self-doubts of the past rear up and threaten everything they’ve accomplished.
Adorkable leads, fun secondary friends. Loads of family drama. Endearing chemistry and compatibility. The plot was interesting and the story was well-written and had a nice, smooth flow. Dialogue was mostly in English, there was enough French in there that I felt the average reader should be given a cheat sheet translator at the start so one does not have to just guess at the words-even while most were explained/interpreted, some were not.
The big conflict could have been easily avoided but the resolution was nice. Predictability was low. The conclusion was solid enough though I imagine readers will get more of Molly and JP’s story in the background throughout the next book.
Overall, it was a solid read with plenty of content and a dynamic, entertaining plot.

Wow! The Sherbrooke Station series just keeps getting better and better. In book 3 we get down with the inner workings of JP's mind. And what a jumbled mind it is. JP struggles with a secret that he doesn't want to let others know about. He is constantly on the go and never focuses on one girl for long. That is until he meets Stephanié's roommate.

Molly is Ms. Introvert. She gets embarrassed easily and tends to not socialize with anyone. She is withdrawn and bunny like. She scares easi Wow! But she knows she is not on his level. Come on...he is a sex god rock star! He will never be interested in her as more than friends right?!

There is something about Molly and JP can't get enough. He thinks about her all the time. Even the music in his head fills with thoughts of her. What is it about Molly that pulls him. Maybe because she is a light in a dark room. She gets him. It is like he can just be him and she listens when no one else will.

Will these two work out what it is and just go with the flow?

I tell you each of these stories gets better and better. Wow! Just Wow! I loved JP's story. And his French...oh la la! He is a very intelligent person with a unique mind, that is always moving like cogs in a clock. He has all this energy and talent. He is special. Truly amazing.

Molly is a sweet girl. I feel her pain sometimes. Her awkwardness is a challenge for her, but she is a very determined person. I feel that JP really opens her mind up and challenges her shyness. These two people were made for each other. There is no doubt in my mind.

This story really reaches down into your soul. I can't tell you how many times I cried with this one. Their story was an amazing journey and I was so glad to follow along. Katia Rose is an amazing author. The way she writes her characters is truly awe-inspiring. You can't help but fall in love with these characters. Each book has its deep story to tell with intense emotions that will rip you to shreds. Truly amazing. I cannot express enough how much I love this series. I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next. I give this story a million stars. ;)

OMG, guys! This book! This book... This book stole my heart!
From beginning to end it made me smile, it made me feel happy. I laughed, I cringed, my stomach swooped and my heart fluttered and I full on fell in love with JP and Molly.
They were two perfect for each other little peas in a pod.

Molly is a painfully awkward fan-girl living with the horror that the frontman of the band she idolizes is her roommate's boyfriend. She's sweet, she's loyal and an unbelievably talented artist but it's all bu OMG, guys! This book! This book... This book stole my heart!
From beginning to end it made me smile, it made me feel happy. I laughed, I cringed, my stomach swooped and my heart fluttered and I full on fell in love with JP and Molly.

Molly is a painfully awkward fan-girl living with the horror that the frontman of the band she idolizes is her roommate's boyfriend. She's sweet, she's loyal and an unbelievably talented artist but it's all buried under layers of self-consciousness, doubt and social anxiety. Molly is being smothered by her own fears and the expectation of her mother. I swear, I just wanted to hug the poor girl. She was so awkward it was painful at times but then she begins to bloom! She begins to realise what she is capable of. She comes out of her shell, finds her voice, stops being so afraid and goes after everything she wants.

JP is a mad-hatter. He's constantly on the go and totally random. He reminds me pretty strongly of Mal from Kylie Scott's Stage Dive series. However, he's so much more than the random goof who exists to provide the comic value. JP has hang-ups and wounds that are as real as anyone's and he too has to go on a journey to heal and move on.

I adored how, on paper, JP and Molly shouldn't have worked but they are exactly what the other needed. I loved how they were friends first and slowly built to being more... To being everything. Each was the catalyst of the other's change but the story wasn't a "and then they fell in love and everything was better" story. They help each other, make the other see themselves more clearly, but there is no magic cure all here: The changes come from within.

It's a journey of self-discovery and, in the process, falling in love. It's not a heavy-hearted read, it's low angst and fun but serious when needed. I seriously loved it!

For those who love a rockstar romance with heart, you've got to read it. In fact, you've got to read the series. It's awesome. ...more

I have a hard time with comedy that uses social awkwardness as a punchline…and so reading about somebody who has extreme social awkwardness caused by social anxiety was difficult. I won't say that this was Ms. Rose's best yet (my heart still belongs to Matt and Kay's story), but this installment on the Sherbrooke Station series is perhaps the most solid so far.

Compelling, fleshed-out characters you can not ony relate to, but also can't help but root for. That's at the core of this story. Both JP and Molly build a solid enough base for the rest of the elements of the story to develop from there.

Every time I read one of these books I think it was my favorite until I read the next one. I already connect so well with these books because of the music, but I connect so much more with JP! JP is so awesome and crazy and he and I have SO much in common.

extraordinary story. It is so completely well written and

thought through. I could not put it down. I found myself

reading it straight through in one sitting. This is the 3rd book

in the series if you have not read the first 2 books do not

Some of the french words were good when there was a translation for them, it certainly helped!

I'm so in love with Your Sound. I've been invested in Sherbrooke Station from the beginning and Katia Rose has fastly become one of my favorite authors. The way she paints such a vivid image with words is what hooks you. Every book is a little bit different with that same motivational type quality.

Katia Rose is a new to me author. On the strength of this book, it won't be the last time I read something of hers.

This really is a refreshing take on the Rock Star Boyfriend trope. I particularly enjoyed the way that the author was able to bind JP's POV voice with the issues he faced. The pacing, the bouncing from one thing to another, all combined to create a wonderfully well developed and likeable character.

Shy girl meets charismatic flirt in this latest installment of the Sherbrooke Station Series.

The main characters- JP and Molly- were both written with enough depth and backstory to connect to them as characters individually, but there was something missing for me when it came to the evolution of their romantic relationship. Sherbrooke Station is quickly becoming my favorite R&R romance series. Your Sound is the third book in the series which focuses on JP

The author did a fantastic job with this storyline. I felt it was so well written and captured the struggles with these characters perfectly. This one warmed my heart

I loved reading JP and Molly's story. Molly is an socially awkward, shy roommate of Stephanie's, who is also a HUGE Sherbrooke Station fan. When JP accidentally opens the door to her room one day, he finds himself unable to stop thinking about her. Their initial interactions are stilted, especially on Molly's part, but as they see more of each other, only their own doubts and insecurities get in the way of love.

I really loved the story.
Molly and sweet JP are the perfect match.
Jp is a friend of Molly's roommate boyfriend. He was looking for a bathroom and opened the door Molly's room while she was lying on her bed only in her underwear.
They slowly become friends but also feel a pull to each other what results in more than friendship.
Both have insecurities they have to overcome for their HEA.
It's a cute friends-to-lovers read.

I'd not read the first books in this series, this one just caught my eye and I knew I had to read it. Having not read anything of the characters and verse before I found it didn't hinder me, I only just ended up wanting to read the prior books more. Love, family, banter and dealing with touchy subjects throughout, Katia really shared something wonderful with us.
Definitely one to read if you like books centering on friends-to-lovers and slow burn reads.

I actually really enjoyed this book despite it being the first one in this series that I read. Usually I like to read books in order and that takes some of the enjoyment out of it for me.

I found that certain aspects of the characters were highly relatable along with part of one of the situations! It was eerily creepy that I REALLY needed to read some of those words!
