This book just doesn't feel right. With its giant size and board book format, it should be little kid friendly. But the sheer quantity of facts and the amount of info provided for each one does not lend itself to reading with younger children. Our youngest picked it out today at the library, and she is 5 and lost interest halfway through. Our oldest (7) remained interested, but I got tired of it long before we finished. Either it should be created for older children or shortened considerably for it to be a good board book. Cute illustrations, though.
