Final novel within this series . I am in love with these characters. The journey that these characters make, is quite phenomenal. I cried so many times, I was surprised a lot. I was on the edge of my seat this entire time. So much deception in this world, and Claire is a fantastic writer and world builder. I love the characters and I want more already. These covers are also incredibly gorgeous and I can't wait to hold them all within my hands...and stare at them on my shelves.

Without a Doubt, My New Favorite Author

This book and this series kept me bread needed. Constant and unexpected twists. Well-written characters. Intricately woven detail tying all four works in the series together into one glorious masterpiece. I truly hope there are future titles in this universe, though this arc is clearly well concluded.

The Confectioner’s Truth is the third and final book in The Confectioner Chronicles by Claire Luana. I was both excited and sad to get my hands on this book- excited to continue the adventure, but then quite sad that this incredible journey has come to an end. I can honestly say that this series is one of my favourite discoveries of the year! Ms Luana has such a fantastic imagination- and her stories reflect her masterful storytelling abilities and superb creativity. This book/series is a

The Confectioner’s Truth is the final book in The Confectioner Chronicles by Claire Luana. It is the final gorgeous cover and the final magical visit that we will get and I am so book depressed. When I first started this series a few months ago I immediately got swept up into this world that Luana had created so vividly and I have been enamored ever since. The way these covers scream magic and adventure the story lives up inside with an incredible world-building. I almost felt as if I was within ...more

I received these as arcs with no obligation to review and loved them so much I’ve preordered the whole series. I will follow these people on any adventure. I love how they work together and getting different POVs. I’ll review them all better once I reread them. :)

Is this a joke? That was the stupidest thing I have ever. Hale literally betrays everyone. Kills an innocent man (Virgil) and nobody cares? I'm curious why he couldn't stab the creeps throat in even when he didn't kill Wren. Why wait? Since apparently most of the soldiers weren't even going to fight them. All he did was cut off Pike's arm to "be a hero" when he could have just killed the guy. He loved Wren and wanted her to be safe yet he turned her over in a heartbeat. The

What a great end to the series. Claire Luana finally managed to shake off the juvenile tone of the previous books and present a fantastic ending to the series. This book was everything it needed to be!

I actually enjoyed some of the new characters in this book, despite them being introduced so late in the series. I also really enjoyed the LBGT romance - it was a great addition to the bo

I give The Confectioner's Truth (Confectioner Chronicles Book 3) by Claire Luana, 5 stars.
**This review contains spoilers from previous books in the series.**

It seems like nothing will be right again. Wren has fought to be where she is today, but where has it brought her? Betrayed by a good friend. While another lays dead from something Wren encouraged. And the man she loves -- gone from her and she doesn't know where -- or if he's even alive. She can't do this anymore. But the new king may just

The story The Confectioner's Truth (Confectioner Chronicles Book 3) by Claire Luana is a thrilling/fantasy/romance book. It is the final story in the Confectioner’s Chronicles and is one that I loved reading. It is a page-turning book that had me wondering what was going to happen next, who was going to be victorious, and would all the characters survive? There is action, adventure, and danger. A great read about decisions. After King Imbris' death in the last novel, Emperor Evander rules over the kingdom of Alesia and people ad guild members alike are forced to swear oaths of loyalty. But when a baker goes missing and citizens start acting strangely, Wren and her friends try to escape with their lives before it's too late. On the run, they search for Lucas and new allies so they can stad up to the emperor and free their people. But is anywhere truly safe from the might of Aprica?

Too many couples. It's nice to have everyone pairing off, but for everyone to have a happily ever after became too sickly sweet for me. Also, the plot became repetitious. In all three books, the heroes are always fighting against the currently ruling power for their freedom and rights, and they're overpowered and outnumbered, but then they get a stroke of luck (look, I've got lucky chocolates!), and they end up winning. Ta-Da. Let's kiss.

OK, I'm being unfair. It's a great series. Half of my com

This book is action packed, fast paced, and heart pounding. Long after I had finished this book, I was still feeling the affects of the twists and turns this story took. Wren is back at it with her friends, companions and allies. Two weeks after the events from the last book (which if you have not read, you should stop everything that you are doing and go read Book 1 and Book 2) Wren and her group ar

I can not believe this series is over :( This story had me a hot mess and started right in on page 1 and never let go till the end and then it stayed with me for a bit after.

There was a lot going on in this story, we met a lot of new people and visited many new places..I loved this part and I felt as if I was right there with Wren as she was making quick decisions and having a lot of inner battles...

The epic finale to Claire Luana’s highly anticipated Confectioner Chronicles has arrived and it did not disappoint. The Confectioner’s Truth is the final book in Claire Luana’s amazing new series that I highly recommend it to every man, woman, and child. The Confectioner's Truth (The Confectioner Chronicles #3) by Claire Luana was an epic conclusion to a equally epic series.

The final book in The Confectioner Chronicles, we are taking to the secrets that Wren hides, and ones we finally get to learn the full truth about. Picking up almost where the last book leaves off, there is no stopping this epic fantasy. As the danger lurks closer, the suspense thickened, I was on the edge of my seat for most, I at times even forgot to breathe! This book, was

By Claire Luana

The Confectioner’s Truth is the third and final book this series. Please don’t start with book three I wouldn’t recommend them read a standalone. We have the pleasure of meeting some new characters in this book, each one I feel enhances the storyline. Wren went through some time in self-doubt and tries to learn from mistakes she has made. Will she be able to learn and not make the same mistakes again? The only thing I did

As I likely mentioned in my reviews of the first two books in this trilogy, this series is meant to be read in sequential order. Each book ties in well with the storyline of the book before it, picking up where we left off.
I really enjoyed this series as a whole, I don’t read this genre too often but every now and then a book will catch my eye. The Confectioner’s Chronicles truly surpassed my expectations, I enjo

THE CONFECTIONER'S TRUTH is the third and final book in the "Confectioner Chronicles" series. As this book picks up where the last left off, it is very important to read this series in order.

The entire series was a well written fantasy that had many twists and turns and battles (internal and external). It has a lot of characters to keep track of, but each is pretty well defined in their role. This is one of those series that has it all... Mystery/suspense, fantasy, magic, adventure and action. T

The Confectioner’s Truth is the third novel in the Confectioner’s Chronicles series. This is my fifth novel by this author.

Two weeks after the events of the second novel, Wren and her group are exploring new lands.

Going through a period of self-doubt, Wren has to come to terms with her previous bad decisions. She feels the weight of her loss and wonders what to do next. She has been a character that I have really enjoyed reading about. Her growth over the course of the three books has been amazi

The story The Confectioner's Truth (Confectioner Chronicles Book 3) by Claire Luana is a mix of fantasy and thrill ride. The story continues with Wren and the members of the guild. There is a new ruler who is beyond bad. He rules like a madman and things are not stable for anyone. I recommend reading the other books in the series. It’s always darkest before the dawn and that’s certainly the case with Claire Luana’s The Confectioner's Truth (Confectioner Chronicles Book 3), the concluding volume of this marvelous trilogy. Picking up where book 2 ended things are not looking good for Wren and company, but don’t lose faith. There will be lots of intrigue, twists abs turns, thrills and adventure to come but this author knows how to end things in style. That’s certainly the case with this most satisfying conclusion. Claire Luana Confectioner Chronicles final book has me still thinking back to the first book. The Confectioner’s Truth exceeded my own imagination of how the story will end.
