The fourth edition of Canadian Police Work continues to build upon the success of the previous three editions with updated information and expanded coverage of various policing issues. Students are provided with a foundation of the history of policing in Canada, the structure and operation of policing, the legal context in which policing occurs, and contemporary issues that are facing policing today.
