Great basic introduction to negotiation; this book takes you from the very basics, provides many examples of how you can apply what you have learned, and also offers tips on real world situations such as buying a house or negotiating a salary for a new job. Negotiation skills are essential, and if you're looking to start developing them, this is an ideal book to start with.

A good read with lots of useful information. I found myself taking a lot of notes!
