I received a free teaser to a series of Swedish police procedures from Christer Tholin. This Kindle file contains portions of Vanished?, Secrets?, and Murder? and leaves you invested and wanting more. Christer Tholin is an author I will follow. He writes a tense, fast-paced story with characters you want to be involved with.

Christina and Patrik seem to have the perfect relationship, living on the outskirts of Stockholm. But the Lars vanishes in plain sight. Christina turns to the PI team of Elin

I really enjoyed the book and the characters. I thought some of it was a bit unrealistic, but it had a happy ending so I am torn. Everything fit into place a little too well. I couldn't put it down and never thought about not finishing it. It is a good read ...more

The plot is interesting, but the writing is at times stilted and at other times unclear and/or misleading.
