This was the second book in the dark duet series and once again I loved it! I was kept guessing through out most of the book. There were so many secrets between the Willow family and the Scafoni, and during this instalment we get to learn them all!
The chemistry between Sebastian and Helena was so hot! The thing is though in this book, there is Sebastian’s brother Gregory that gets thrown in the mix too. I will forewarn readers that if threesome action isn’t to your liking, you may want to sit t ...more

Torn by Natasha Knight
GENRE: Dark Romance
NARRATION: Dual POV
BOOK DETAILS: Book 2 of the Dark Legacy Duet
MY THOUGHTS:
This is the second book in the Dark Legacy duet and is one of those books you fight to put down, the suspense, the anticipation and holy smokes the heat! it just builds and builds, and you just can’t stop! I was literally growling at anyone who disturbed me whilst reading this.

Torn by Natasha knight is the second book in the dark duet series and it was a great end the the series as I was in two minds about the first book being similar to another series but this one set it apart.
The were answers about the two families which we never knew in the first book and It's a hell of a lot more steamer than the first 😉.
I found this one to be a little more emotional and the happy ever after was the one we all wanted.

Audiobook review. What a ride! Sebastian and Helena have a very unique relationship. The role Gregory plays is even more intense and blurred than ever before. To say I was hooked on this duet is an understatement. I loved every dark and twisted little moment.
The plot was very interesting, with elements that were new to me. It went a little deeper this time than with book one and strengthened the bond and chemistry. The pace and prose we excellent. Characterization was balanced, good people doin ...more

The Willow girls have been the property of the Scafoni men since the beginning when Maruis Willow took his bride, Annabelle Scafoni. Helena is the last quadruplet Willow girl to be given over. Forced/sold yes sold by her family to a Scafoni for his choosing out of all the quadruplets into a life she didn't ask for. All this ruse did for the oldest Scafoni brother was pit them against each brother for centuries, a tradition of the oldest to get his inheritance once he takes a Willow girl and forf

So good! I really enjoyed this duet and this book was the perfect ending to Sebastian and Helena’s story. They are true soul mates and in this installment they are faced with many obstacles and their love is put to the test several times, but they face each and everyone of those challenges together. They are so strong and their love is the type of love that lasts forever.

An incredible ending to an amazing duet. In this book, secrets are revealed and truths are told but love conquers all.
Taken
was an intense and amazing book that ended in a cliffhanger. I was on pins and needles waiting for
Torn
to come out. Once I started reading it, I could not stop until I finished. The chemistry between Sebastian and Helena is off the charts. These two broken, jaded souls are perfect for each other. There is so much emotion in this book, so much tension, so much hea

I loved Taken and I was so excited to read this one, but after reading a spoiler I'm gonna skip this book, I'm so disappointed! So fucking done with authors writing about possessive alpha males and then all over sudden they are able to share their women? Like WTF? Especially with his brother, I'm disgusted!

Highly expected conclusion to the Dark Legacy Duet and now that I have finished it, I am all over the place with mixed feels...
damn, I am so overwhelmed and confused with the psychological turmoil heightened with emotional bursting I was re-living with the heroine, Helena Willow
She's such a complexity, she seems weak and yet she's so humanly real, with all her flaws, naivety, vulnerability and resolution...she accepts the situation she's in and she makes the best of it or at least she is try ...more

’TORN’ Is the second full length, dark romance novel in N. Knights ‘Dark Legacy’ Duet. It picks up right where the previous book ended. This is told in dual POV. With MFM, MF scenes.
As most of you will know Taken ended on one hell of a cliffhanger. The anticipation was killing me waiting for the release of Torn to come out. Come release day I was one clicking this as fast as I could.
As soon as I started reading, it took me back to why I loved ‘Taken’ so much. The Willow girls an ...more

This story took a left turn and I'm not sure how I feel about it. After riding the high from the first book, I thought the idea of me loving this conclusion was all but guaranteed, however, my love was proven elusive.
Don't get me wrong, as you can see by my high rating, there was plenty to like about this part of the story. The relationship between Sebastian and Helena was just as toxic and exciting as ever. She still asked too many questions and acted too big for her britches and Sebastian stil ...more

Twisted, part two…
A long-standing family tradition has mired two families in decades of expectations, met and endured. On the surface, these characters are churning in turmoil and desire. Underneath there is even more percolating. Each conversation, each physical act, is a deceptively simple dance that I was never sure would explode or simply morph into another nuance of their journey.

You will not be disappointed.
Yay. 5stars. Torn continues on from Taken but what grew from this continuation is, basically Sebastien and Gregory. The bond they have with each other is basically a bond of the Scarfoni, but they also have a connection and I wanted so much more from them as brothers. I also did find a little lagging for me was their *coughs* threeeeeesomes (winks). A love triangle? I couldn't wait to start this book after the way things ended in Taken, but unfortunately, it just didn't draw me in the way the previous book did. It was still dark and sexy, but I think the addition of the sibling "rivalry" and all that entailed was too much for me. It just didn't feel necessary to take the story in that direction and I felt like it was added just for the sake of drama. Maybe I just don't read enough dark romance to fully appreciate the story, but it made me uncomfort ...more

How the previous book ended with that cliffy I needed to start this one as soon as possible!
This one was a bit less dark but so so steamy!! Not what I normally love to read, but I understood it. At the end it also hurted me a bit to see Gregory so.. I'm excited to see how his story will go and what happening in the meantime with Amy!
Even though it wasn't high on darkness I still sat on the tip of my seat while reading some parts!

Unfortunately my opinion of Sebastian does not improve in Torn. My hard limit is completely exploited in this story. I understand completely the story is fiction but I don’t believe their love and commitment are real because of what they allowed to happen.
I cannot in good conscience offer a fair and impartial rating of this story. My emotions took a nosedive early on in the story and unfortunately did not improve with the sexy intimate scenes or anything else. The “situation” in this story is no ...more

In Torn we have the continuation of the story of Helena and Sebastian and I must say that it was not anything I was expecting. When the book ended on that hook I was hoping to go a completely different direction from what I came across here. I expected more conflicts, action that I didn't find here.On the contrary I saw the story revolve around the relationship between Helena, Sebastian and a third character. Which discouraged me a little.

Sitting here and staring at the screen trying to figure out how to write the review for this book and honestly I am torn because there is SO much I want to say and yet I just want you to pick up the book and read it already.

Natasha Knight write the type of dark romance I adore, ensuring I’ll always come back for more. Although I did not enjoy Taken, the first book in the Dark Legacy duet, as much as I have enjoyed other Natasha Knight books, it did leave me eager to see how the duet concluded. Thus, I was happy to dive into Torn.

Wow!! I was not prepared for the twists in this story but I loved every page of it. Sebastian and Helena are trying to come to terms with what has happened and now his brother Gregory is thrown into the mix!!!! I was confused at how I felt about this but towards the end, the story solidified my feelings for Gregory! He NEEDS his own story!!!!! This was another intense and emotional ride from the first page to the last page. You HAVE to get this book but you NEED to read the first book before rea

Torn is book two In the Dark Legacy Duet. You must read book one Taken before you read this story.
After reading Taken I was so looking forward to reading Torn. I wasn’t disappointed as I loved this story. Sebastian and Helena’s story continues in this crazy rollercoaster of a story. I couldn’t read this fast enough and read it in one sitting. Expect the unexpected with this author.
This is a really well told twisted story. I can’t wait to read more from this author.

Not quite sure how to rate this. Maybe 3 Stars, maybe 4 Stars, so I will settle for 3.5 Stars. It all depends on whether there are more books to come because while this duet has ended, there are too many unanswered questions. I think the author set the stage for 2 other characters to have their own books (and possibly a romance?), because there is so much more we need to figure out with Gregory, Amy, and Lucinda. Also, I still want to know who was the man ...more

I loved Part 1 and was disappointed when the story evolved into a triangle with Sebastian, Helen and Gregory. The chemistry between Sebastian and Helena, alone, was hot and intense and did not need Gregory into the mix…and that ending just felt bizarre and awkward. I was hoping for more of Sebastian’s sadistic enjoyment of tormenting and controlling Helena that we experienced in the first book.
All in all, still a good read but just not as electrifying.

I was Stunned, Enraged, Abhorred, and absolutely Riveted by this story. It was a reminder that it’s possible to hate something as much as you love it. Those emotions were so entwined while I read, it was impossible to separate them. I still have trouble trying to identify how I feel and I’ve let this simmer for days, while trying to formulate a coherent review of this book.

This was book 2 in
"Dark Legacy Duet"
series. This book picks up where book one left off. Helena has been kidnapped by Lucinda and Ethan she was beaten and left to die. This sex scenes in this book were hot between Helena, Sebastian and his brother Gregory #3. Although I liked this book it wasn't as dark as the first one also I felt that Lucinda got off way to easy for what she did not just to Helena but also her son Ethan. Sebastian tried everything he could to find a way to keep Helena for
