Just finished!!! As you start to turn the pages of this novel, time vanishes! You will soon become whisked away on a hard wrought journey alongside the young Phae, to the point that you loose track of all else around you. For me this meant reading right through dinner, strictly and straight into the evening!
While reading you can truly imagine the situations as they unfold in your minds eye. Developing such an empathy for the plight of the Callum, Aaron, Lena and Phae.

I absolutely loved this book. It's a really good and original fantasy with an engaging storyline. It gets you hooked quickly and I found it hard to put down. I'd recommend it to anybody who enjoys fantasy including books like Harry Potter.

3.5, the world building and scope is really impressive. I found some of the personal relationships a little run of the mill but it was a fun read and a real achievement. Proof that self publishing isn't about vanity projects but real talent getting a platform.
