The food dyes look amazing, but my problem with it is that the ingredients are expensive and unrealistic for daily cooking. Most recipes that sounded interesting to me involved truffle or pecan oil.
So I'm giving this book two stars for the lovely photos, but there is no way I'm making anything that's in here.

Beautiful, but basically dairy-free, and full of almond-based products, almost like it was sponsored by the almond board.
