I can't even begin to tell you how many lovely childhood memories I have with this little pop up book. The story and the pictures are so charming and detailed, I am so very fond of this little story, and I cannot wait to share this book with the children I work with and the children of my own I may yet have.

Jill Barklem (1951-November 15, 2017) was a British writer and illustrator of children's books. Her most famous work is the Brambly Hedge series.
