Quarter century old but the photos in this book are useful and clear.
By body section not missing the knees and face. Mentioning the yingtang point is a big plus. The way this book documents pressure points is remarkable.
This book is very short. I read it in an afternoon. I practiced all the moves and my body is so relaxed I think that I could sleep for a week. This is definately a book that I am going to have to buy for my collection. It feels so good to be pain free. That isn't something I experience very often. I would recommend it to anyone.
