Many great concepts densely packed. Often, it will jump down a rabbit trail not connected to the section's topic, and often topics are briefly mentioned with no level of detail that could make them understandable. Overall, I will keep this book for reference.

This is my favourite management book of all time. Why? Everything in it is scientifically backed up. It provides specific suggestions about how to deal with issues in performance measurement, team building and change management (among others). Also, it is relatively short for a textbook. Brilliant. Useful. Top shelf.

I should read it for my course and for its exam, Not so much fun. It seams that every group' moves have been theorized here. But you can find every theories and concepts about teams in an organization in this book.

This is the first textbook I had to read for my Master's degree. But it's a textbook. How much can one like a textbook?
