This is a very comprehensive textbook, covering a suite of topics at fairly in depth levels (and for those subjects that don't go as far, Morlok indicates this and where avid students should look for more details). Re-reading this text 45 years after studying it at Uni, I found the concepts reasonably current (he even refers to electric cars and ride sharing) and that while there is a lot of math, you can skip if it if you're only interested in the concepts. This book definitely remains relevant.
