What a great story. I was completely emersed into Everly and Connor's story from the very first page. It was such sad circumstances that brought them together but they were able to help each other finally heal and feel stong enough to move on with their lives and to believe in love once again.
Adorable little Ava was just the icing on the cake for me. A book I would highly recommend so get your copy now!!

What an awesome story, I really loved it!
Everly gains employment as a carer, and on her first day of work, well, things aren't quite as she thought they'd be.
Everly has her hang-ups, and things she's trying to work her way through, which make her the lovely, caring lady she is. But there's an insanely hot man and his young daughter in the house too...
Little Ava is a cutie and soon she and Everly are friends. So that leaves Daddy, Connor, a man with a past and plenty of heartbreak, trying to cop

Only a memory by J. Lea is a beautiful combination of love and loss, happiness and pain and I felt so many emotions reading this story. Behind their separate tragedies lies two souls that are meant to be together. Both Connor and Everly stole a place in my heart and well as little Ava. As for Dana, my claws came out.

Only a Memory is a well written, five star read for me. This is the first book I have read by this author and I'm grateful to have found her.

"Love can be freeing, and sometimes, it's

First and foremost have tissue when you read this book. This is a warning with doing. I cried so many times but also laughed so hard. Meeting Everly and Connor is everything you need in your life. For sure Ava stole my heart from the beginning. I love that they both had a story to tell and it wasn’t rushed and it gave me enough detail to understand the whole story. J.Lea you did it everything perfect.

Great Emotional Read

This book took me on an emotional journey. I simply loved everything about Connor and Evelyn's story. From their heartbreak to their triumphs, I was engrossed. The story, the dialogue, and the passion were top notch. An AMAZING read by this author!

Wow talk about some emotions pass the tissues. Everly gets a job as a caretaker this when she meets hot single dad Connor. Both their past is sad but what they don’t know they relate so much.
