*I was sent a copy of this book by the publisher in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own*

I have to say, this series has had its ups and downs for me. There were some novellas that I really enjoyed, and others that I felt dragged and didn't really add anything to the overall storyline. I wouldn't say this one was bad by any means, but it didn't grip me like the rest of them did and I sometimes struggled to pay attention to what was going on.

I can't say much since

I have a new favorite in the series! Jake is back and better than ever! I liked the way their tension was described and how their feelings were there. I didn’t like the sudden ending of the ghost but Jake makes up for it.

Shelves: loved
Payton and Olivia take a vacation from there ghost hunting. They go on a murder mystery train and end up dealing with a horrible ghost. I loved that an old character re made an appearance in this one. I hope to see them stick around.

I am loving the adventures that Payton is going on. I can’t wait to see where her and Olivia end up next.
