It took me a really long time to finish this book, I mean 2 to 3 months long. I think I started in somewhere at the beginning of UK Quarantine or maybe a couple of weeks before (at this point most days are blending together anyway!), I decided to read in small chunks as I wanted to really pay attention and digest the material. I think it is especially interesting that with all of the Protests going on now around the world this book takes it's time to showcase how slave revolts were absolutely instrumental in battling oppression. A timely read if there ever was one!
