Courting the Cat Whisperer by Wynter Daniels
Part of the Nocturne Falls Universe (formerly Kindle world) created by Kristen Painter. A town that celebrates every day as Halloween so the paranormal residents can live openly.
A small amount of romance, a little bit of mystery.
The Florida town of Cat’s Paw Cove was adorable. Very descriptive and fun.
Normally I wouldn’t like that quite a bit of the story took place outside of Nocturne Falls but it was done well and worked with the story. Plus it leads to a new series by this author.
What I found interesting about Harry is that he’s lived in Nocturne Falls for over four years yet knew nothing about the paranormal world until Jordan reveals she can talk with cats.
Overall an innovative story.

This is a great story. The story is interesting, and the characters intriguing. There is something for everyone with a bit of romance, mystery and of course love. An enjoyable story.

Absolutely brilliant, loved this book very much and as always Wynter never fails to deliver, the story, the antics our heroine and hero, are in perfect sync and I loved reading it and as with all Nocturne Falls books will Be re reading them.

This is the sixth story in the series by this author, following The Fortuneteller's Folly, The Genie's Double Trouble, The Yin to His Yang, The Mistletoe Misstep in Merry & Bright: A Christmas Anthology, and Beauty and the Bigfoot Hunter. I have mixed feelings, some stories I like and some I don't.
Not only that this was my favourite story from this author, it was also one of my favourite stories in the series. It was beautifully written, with great plot and character, and amazing romance. The story starts in Nocturne Falls but then it moves four hours away to Cat's Paw Cove, another adorable little town, and it stays there. I think this might be a beginning of a lovely new series, as a sequel was announced for next year.
The main characters are Harry, a regular guy who moved to Nocturne Falls four years ago after he completely lost his memory, and Jordan, Mallory's twin sister, who telepathically communicates with animals. We met Mallory and Jordan in the previous stories, and Jordan was always the problematic twin. Well, not any longer.
Both Harry and Jordan are exceptionally lovable characters, and Jordan gift of communicating with animals is one of the best superpowers in the Universe. Their story was incredibly sweet, warm, and romantic, without being corny or boring. I absolutely loved it and I'm sure I'll continue with the series next year. I want more Jordan.

Overall, a good story. The main male character used to live in Nocturne Falls, though he had no idea about the town real features. As I said, a good story, one enjoyable enough. My only objection was this story didn’t happen in the Nocturne Falls. Kind of deviate from the main idea, IMHO. However, if you’re not really adamant on “must happen in NF” then this story was great.

Harry is there to finish the kitchen remodel.
In the process they fell in love.
This was such a sweet story.
I loved the storytelling + the characters.

What an enjoyable book. Lighthearted and serious at the same time. I love how the relationship develops between jordan and harry. The ending is perfect. I really love all the cats too. #CourtingTheCatWhisperer #NetGalley

This book was such a great read! I truly enjoyed it from beginning to end. I love books that are based on Nocturne Falls but not all are great reads, this book truly is. I also love that it introduces a new city that we will be seeing more of in the future. The story line never got boring and it kept you guessing until the end which not all mysteries are great at and the romance is very sweet. I very much look forward to reading more from this author, especially the new series based in Cat's Paw Cove (the new city introduced in this book.) I was given an ARC of this book but my review of this book is honest and reflects howci truly felt about this book. I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes / loves paranormal romance / mysteries, you won't be disappointed.

I just loved this book. It featured Jordan (animal whisperer) and a mystery man, who goes by Harry. Harry wakes up in the forest, bruised and beaten, with no idea who he is or where he is. He makes a life in Nocturne Falls and ends up meeting Jordan while she is cat sitting for some people whom are having Harry renovate their home. Jordan ends up revealing her secret to Harry and agrees to help him find out what happened to him and who he is. Super cute.

Love Nocturne Falls novels. Been reading them for quite awhile. This finds a man with not memory to his past and a Cat-Whisperer that may be able to help him out. Jordan and Harry come together with mutual chemistry. But not knowing his past relationships Harry is hesitant to follow through. Courting The Cat Whisperer is a delightful paranormal cozy mystery. Jordan is the lesser twin. Her sister got the good grades, boyfriends and love from their parents. Jordan was the f***-up. But the one thing she can do well is communicate with animals. Can that help her find out who Harry the hot carpenter was before his amnesia? Find out in this fun read. I will follow Harry and Jordan to Cats Paw Cove.

If you have already read "The Genie's Double Trouble" (which is fabulous too), you will greatly enjoy this story about Mallory's twin, Jordan, and her opportunity at a happy ending. Jordan meets "Harry" and falls pretty hard, but she does not trust her feelings since she has made so many poor decisions in the past. Little does she know that Harry will be her redemption - and she is his dream come true. Loved this story, especially the sequences where Jordan has conversations with various animals. Beautiful ending to the story too.

Loved that they spent time in Nocturne Falls and Cats Paw Cove. I also think that Jordans supernatural power is fabulous. I would love that insight. Really enjoyed the story.

Jordan Vaughn is an Animal Whisperer-she can talk to them and understand them. She's cat sitting at the Tucker's for a month. Harry Hill is also going to do renovations for the Tucker's in the month they are gone. Harry has lost his memory and woke up on the ground (he had a piece of paper in his pocket with Har on it and figured his name is Harry and took the last name Hill). He was given a ride to Nocturne Falls where he has been for 4 years now and opened a Renovation Business. Jordan & Harry introduce themselves and eventually he tells her he has lost his memory. She tells him about being able to talk to animals. When Harry woke up there was a cat with him and she has stayed by his side ever since then. Jordan says she could talk to Kitty and maybe find out what happened. They are attracted to each other but Harry doesn't want to get involved with anyone since he doesn't know who he is or if he's even married. Strange things start happening at the Tucker house and Harry doesn't want Jordan to be alone there. Time to try and find out who he is. Jordan talks to Kitty and they find out where Harry is from which is Cats Paw Cove. That's where they decide to go. Jordan gets someone to watch the Tucker's cats and off they go. They are in for quite a surprise!!
Loved this funny, mysterious, suspenseful and sexy romantic story. Jordan is a zany and funny and Harry is more on the serious side but loveable-perfect match!! Highly recommend and hope there are more Cats Paw Cove stories to come!!

Jordan a telepathic pet sitter and Harry a carpenter that lost his memory. Can they find love while she pet sits for a client and he does repairs? This is another Nocturne Falls story about how two unconventional and lost people find love and each other. This is a great story with mystery, intrigue, humor and possibly a happy ending. You will not know until you get this book and read it!

This is a great book; this book is part of the Nocturne Falls Universe and is written by Wynter Daniels. The Nocturne Falls series is written by Kristen Painter and I was so happy that these new books by new authors were asked to write a story in the town. Nocturne Falls is a town that celebrates Halloween every day of the year and also a place that paranormal’s can live and not have to hide what they really are. Jordan Vaughn is a telepathic petsitter and has had nothing but bad luck. She is hoping that her bad luck streak is coming to an end. She meets Harry Hill while pet sitting for a friend and he comes to work on the house. They realize that they are attracted to each other but for one problem. Harry has lost his memory due to a head injury. This book will keep you reading long into the night. If you are looking for a great book, then you need to check out this book and the other books in this series.

2019 bk 355. This NFU story is designed to lead the reader from Nocturne Falls, Georgia to a new book universe - Cat's Paw Cove, Florida. This book is a little more mystery. Jordan is a animal telepath/animal babysitter. When she meets Harry while catsitting, Jordan's abilities are called into play to help Harry find out who he is and from whence he came. His little white cat, Kitty, provides more of his back story, and leads the couple to Cat's Paw Cove, Florida. While there do not seem to be many supernaturals in this town, folks seem open to the idea of telepathy and the occult. The author's writing style is a little stronger than some of the other NFU authors and I have ordered the first book in her series, Cat's Paw Cove, to see if she can stand alone in her own universe.

This is my first book in the series, and I had no trouble following it. First you have Harry, a man who wakes in the woods with no memories of his past and a cat who won't leave his side. He makes it to Nocturne Falls and settles into a new life. Then we have Jordan, a woman who is a screw up in her personal and love life, but has one exceptional thing going for her, she can talk to animals and understand them. Jordan takes a job pet sitting for the Tucker's, meeting Harry there and striking up a friendship. Things start happening that could cause both Jordan and Harry bodily harm, so Jordan agrees to talk to Kitty, Harry's cat, to see if she holds the keys to Harry's memories. This leads them to Cat's Paw Cove, where things are not what they seem, and Harry finds out who he really is. What does this mean for the romance that is blossoming between Harry and Jordan? Guess you will have to read to find out. This was a very cute story and I would be interested in reading more of this series. Basically a clean book for anyone who doesn't like the heavy sex scenes also not much as far as magic, other than talking to animals and Mallory doing a reading. Very light, funny, book. I never did guess who the bad people were, which was nice.

Firstly, I have to say, what else is needed when you have a cat whisperer, cats, a mystery and a budding romance, all with a touch of paranormality to increase the reader’s enjoyment? The answer is not much, except a mug of tea and maybe a sticky bun to enjoy while reading the book. I’ve only read one other title in the Nocturne Falls series but enjoyed that title so much that when I saw this one, I immediately wanted to read it, even though it’s set in the NF Universe and not by the original author. I look forward to the Cats Paw Cove series that this title heralds.
I happily recommend this title to readers who enjoy their stories imbued with fun and a HEA.

I loved this paranormal romantic mystery. It was fun to read and has quirky characters, chatty animals, and a fabulous storyline. The author engages your interest from the very start and keeps you turning the pages as you laugh and enjoy the sweet romance. I cannot wait to read more by Wynter Daniels.
