The book "Cow Girl" is a cute beginning chapter book which deals with problem solving. It allows readers to see that the main characters, in the story, did not give up just because things didn't work out the way that they wanted. The main character, Libby, had to make changes to her plans for the fair several times because her resources were not right or available.
