Merry Christmas, Nibbles!

Christmas is right around the corner. Nibbles writes a letter to Santa and then goes outside to play in the snow. Outside he meets a cold little bird with a hurt wing who can't fly south for the winter. The little bird is freezing outside and asks Nibbles for help, but Nibbles pretends not to hear...All night long Nibbles thinks of the poor little bird. In the morning he and his mother knit a scarf for the little bird. Nibbles finds the bird and wraps him up in the warm scarf, but that is not enough. The little bird is now weak from the cold. Nibbles brings the little bird home for hot soup and to sit by the warm fire. Won't Santa be proud of Nibbles? Nibbles learned to be kind and generous just in time for Christmas Eve

le illustrazioni sono al top, come al solito. Ho dato 4/5 stelle per il testo. Non capisco la scelta di far tornare indietro Tip per cercare l'uccellino solo per l'egoismo di Tip perchè altrimenti Babbo Natale sarebbe venuto a conoscenza della sua azione, o meglio, non azione. Io credo che una fiaba debba insegnare sì che è normale sbagliare, quindi che la prima volta Tip non aiuta l'uccellino, ma poi lo avrei fatto cercare perché Tip si sentiva in colpa ad essere a casa al calduccio e l'uccellino fuori al freddo, in difficoltà.

Απλό παιδικό βιβλιαράκι, νομίζω καλύτερο για παιδάκια από 2-4 ετών, με απλές αλλά όμορφες ζωγραφιές και ξεκάθαρο μήνυμα ενσυναίσθησης για άτομα που έχουν ανάγκη. Πολύ καλό για την προαναφερθείσα ηλικία.
