Best Book regarding Child Protective Services

I would recommend this book and have. The author knows exactly how to fix our system and why it is the way it is. I recommend this book to everyone even if they don't think their kids would ever be taken away because of how good of a patent you are. I thought the same thing but C.P.S goal is money and that means taking your children.
