A great read for agency owners
A useful and actionable read with some very practical advice on building your agency. I particularly liked some of the benchmarks given (for example, billable staff should manage 3x their salary in client revenue, aim for £100K revenue per person per year, etc). The authors also provided plenty of tips for a wide range of agency sizes, ranging from starter agencies all the way up to mid seven figures. A recommended read for any fellow agency owners.
