Drugs.
Alcohol.
Fame.
Just a few of my addictions.
It’s time to kick every last one of them because they’re slowly killing me.
I flush the drugs.
Empty the bottles of booze.
Quit the movie I’m supposed to begin filming next week.
I commit career suicide and head to the middle of nowhere to get clean.
They send me a sober companion to hold my hand.
Only problem is, they send my greatest weakness.
Jessica Calvary.
I’m screwed.

Jack Kingsley.
Hollywood elite.
Hot, cocky and untouchable.
Everyone wants a piece of him.
Everyone but me.
I’ve had my piece of Jack, and it broke me.
Now he’s smack bang in the middle of my life again.
He’s still hot.
And cocky.
But he’s not untouchable.
No, he’s very touchable, and he’s doing everything to get my hands on him.
Pray for me.

SPOILERS

Yeah, I shouldn't have read this. I had an idea on how it would play out based on how their backstory and this author's latest works are, but I liked Ashton Scott so I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, and I wish I hadn't because now I'm just pissed off😅

Jack and Jessica dated 6 years before *he was already famous at this time*. They were together for two years and supposedly the love of each other's lives, so much so that they got their initials on each other too. Jessica was supposedly having a hard time with the media and people constantly picking on her, and Jack who has Bipolar disorder (although I don't really see any of this in the story), was struggling more and more with alcohol, and Jessica's father was also an addict. So, Jack tries to give her an out by letting her think he cheated on her with the lead actress in his film. So they break up but still have to see each other every once in awhile because of their mutual friend and her boss, Ashton.

During those six years, Ashton was addicted to pretty much everything, bingeing, sleeping all around, in relationships, and pretty much replaced Jessica with his friend names Josephine, who was a completely useless character and did more bad for their relationship than good, who he was also in a relationship with a few times and also sleeping with, and likes to pop up at random times in the story (Jessica also doesn't like her). Essentially though, he never acted like he missed jessica until he was in the same vicinity as her, and then all of a sudden its like oooooo I miss her so much, I've been watching her, I regret the past and blah. The highlight though, is Jessica has been sleeping around too, although her sleeping with women stint was way out of left field.

Anyways, Jessica is playing Jack's sobriety companion for a week, in which Jack all of a sudden thinks that they should get back together (where were you the past 6 years Jack?) And from there it's just repetitive pages and pages of her saying she hates him and she's gonna stab him, and him acting like he has done nothing wrong and that he's so charming and loves looking at her a**. She of course has BBS constantly even though she's supposed to be SO tough, and almost kisses him multiple times but then hates him as soon as she calms down. Jack, who hardly grovels or shows regret, finally tells her he didn't *fully* cheat like she thought. He did wait too long to stop a kiss from another woman, but didn't sleep with her or anyone else until AFTER they officially broke up🙄. Jessica is mad that he lied and they wasted time, then sleeps with him of course because him breaking up with her like that, then sleeping around the whole six years after and pretty much replacing her with another woman is romantic or something 👍

What the final straw for me was how his good friend Josephine is in the story, who he stays friends with, and is SUPER friendly with and means SO much to him, that Jessica has to start being friendly with her too. Meanwhile, Jack tells Jessica he doesn't want to hear about men shes been with and shiz. Like okay hypocrite👍 it's fine for you to have your fbuddy and ex in the story and stay best friends with, but you can't even BEAR to hear about her exes.

Anyways, I don't think I've ever hated a couple being together so much. Wait no, the couple from War of Hearts by this author was worse and also the start of the downfall🙃 but there was no chemistry, and no scenes or instances of them being together in the past, which we really needed because I still don't get why they even like each other🤔 All we get is them f*ing other people, him completely moving on, and finally wanting her back when its convenient. Although I did DNF, so I'm not sure what happens after, but her getting back together with him with a lame apology from him and no grovel is pure trash, and I had a pit in my stomach the entire time until I finally couldn't take it anymore.

Lastly, this book was way too long for such an egh couple😅 also, I'm totally fine with cussing, but 600 fcks in a 374 page book made me want to bash my head in and was also pretty unprofessional of the heroine. Like let's at least change up the swearing please😅 it was SO repetitive and made them sound super aggressive and pissed off all the time (which the heroine was but she had BBS everytime she was near him so it made it more annoying) and it just feels like this author's books are constantly going downhill. I think she's *trying* to make them more emotional, but all I'm getting lately is the heroine being treated like trash, a disloyal hero, repetitive drama and dialogue, and romance I can't really root for anymore, which is such a shame because I really liked her MC series too. So this book just further ensures I need to keep away from her books unfortunately.

Safety: up to 55%

Neither were celibate although jack was apparently complaining about his lack of sex before getting back with the heroine.

Heroine had ONSs and hero had flings AND relationships

Cheating- hero doesnt deny he cheated until years later, and confirms he didn't, although he didn't pull away right away when another woman kissed him.

No om drama

Ow drama- heroines ex causes some drama, a fling of the heros appears and I think kisses him (before they get back together), ex of the hero is in the picture as they are good friends, even tho the heroine doesn't really like her

Jack ve sorunlu geçmişi beni aşırı tereddütte bırakmıştı. Sorunlu tiplemeleri, bad boy profilini sevmiyorum pek.

This is my #1 read of 2021….nothing has come close to all the feels I got reading this book!!!!!! I fell in love with Jack Kingsley when we met him in Ashton Scott and I was so excited to finally read his story. First let me just say that all of the relationships in this book are amazing, they are fun, strong, silly, supportive, loving and it’s exactly how life should be. Finally getting the story of how Jack and Jessica found their way back to trusting and loving each other is 110% swoon worthy🥰🥰. The way that Jessica loves Jack is beautiful she loves him in all of his imperfect ways, she is always there for him without a thought to her own feelings….God I love her!! The way Jack loves Jessica is equally as beautiful, he allows her to be angry with him because he knows she deserves at least that, and he lets her be who she needs to be and is her best friend….God I love him too! In this book we get to follow Jack not only on his journey back to Jessica but also his journey to stay sober. Addiction has touched my life and the way that Nina Levine describes some of the aspects of recovery are so spot on and the feels were definitely strong. Recovery is hard work EVERY.DAY, it is not just a few weeks until you feel better, it’s everyday for the rest of your life and you need “your people”(btw I have 13 people😉) with you to support you!! The biggest thing I took away from reading Jack Kingsley is to forgive yourself and don’t ever give up on yourself…..you are worth it!!!!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you Nina Levine for giving Jack and Jessica a beautiful love story and for bringing them through to “the other side”❤️❤️

I did enjoy this, but I struggled to stay interested in the story. It was quite predictable and uneventful. It was great to see Jessica help Jack overcome his addictions and help him see his full potential, but I was expecting more from them as a couple after meeting them both in Ashton's book. 3☆

Jack Kingsley is everything

"Jack is a beautifully flawed human who breathes love."

If you loved Ashton Scott and his Asshole Mondays, then you are going to fall in love with Jack Kingsley. He can be bossy, semi-controlling, an alpha, sexy, and occasionally tries his hand at dominating. Yet, there is another side to this enigmatic man, one few have seen, he's tender, caring, protective, and only knows one way in which to love ... deeply. Nina Levine has gone from "Asshole Monday to Testicular Tuesday", bringing with her all the hot, filthy, dirty, and emotional words I have come to expect from her.

"Jessica's heart is exquisite. Rare. Unique. There isn't another heart on this planet I want as much as hers."

Jack Kingsley has returned home to fight off his addiction and to rebuild what is left of his life. Isolating himself at his country home, he asks his best friend Ashton for help. Ashton is extremely busy with work, so he enlists the help of his assistant to take his place. Sex years earlier Jessica Calvary had her heart broken by the only man she ever loved, now she must help him in his time of need. How was she going to survive being with Jack and not lose her mind and her heart to him again? Breaking Jessica's heart also meant breaking his own, now that they're back in the same place will Jack take his chance to make amends and win Jessica back?

"I would do anything for this woman, and when she lowers her guard ... it's like she's touched every part of my soul at once."

I loved both Jack and Jessica's characters in Ashton Scott, now they hold a special place in my heart. He is the alpha hero of my dreams, and she is the strong, ball-breaking woman we all wish we were. Life in the small country home is about to get very interesting. Jack was such an amazing man, with a heart and a love that knew no boundaries. he knows the mistakes he has made and now he wants to rectify them, especially his relationship with Jessica. Jack had a cockiness about him that made it quite easy to rile Jessica up, and I loved that. It's like he deliberately went out of his way just to get a reaction from her, and he didn't care what sort of reaction it was. He's extremely protective of her, especially when it comes to the media and how she is portrayed. His caring is evident when she suffers from two unexpected asthma attacks - if he could, he would wrap her in cotton wool. Jessica was the perfect sparring partner for Jack, she didn't allow him to get away with anything, she continually pushed his buttons and thoroughly enjoyed doing so. Whether Jack was sugary sweet or borderline bossy, Jessica always had an answer ready. Even though she still loved and desired Jack, she wasn't going to make things easy for him and fought his every effort, but still able to relentlessly tease him her own way. The chemistry is strong between the two, but it will take more than just chemistry to repair past hurts.

"I feel it. I can't help but feel it down into my bones. The connection we've always had. It's soul deep. The kind that once set free in your veins can never be removed."

Nina Levine has written an incredibly beautiful romance story. One that has all the right ingredients: an enigmatic male, a strong woman, friendship, caring, protectiveness, trust, loyalty, and love. The most important ingredient is redemption, does Jack have the ability to redeem himself in Jessica's eyes? Nina has such a talent that she is able to have her readers so engrossed in her story that everything else is forgotten, that definitely happened with me when I read this one. Jack and Jessica just draw the reader in with their banter, their friendship and of course their hot sizzling moments. While treating readers with Jack and Jessica's story, Nina also has Ashton appearing (that man will never change), Lorelei, Will and Mira, but the best part was getting to meet Beckett Pearce and Jameson Fox, two men who will soon have their own books. Then, there was a bit of a crossover with Stone Security (we've previously met some of these men in the Storm MC series). I can't wait for Axe to get his own story, that man has certainly raised my interest.

"It's true that you don't know what you've got until you lose it.

JACK KINGSLEY
fast became one of my favourite Nina Levine novels. It was so much more than a romance story, it had me laughing and shedding a couple of tears, but it mostly had me feeling fuzzy and warm inside. I loved the multiple epilogues Nina included after the main story, they just made my day. Speaking of Epilogues, don't forget to download the Bonus Epilogue once you've finished, you'll just love it.

Once again Nina you have had me totally absorbed in a heartwarming story with two people I would want as real-life friends.

JACK KINGSLEY is definitely a book not to be missed.
A top three read for 2021.

My most waited for book of 2021 is here 😍

Nina you completely knocked it out the park with this book, incredible I didn’t want it to finish!!

Jessica, is a strong powerful dependable woman with a list of only a few who she can depend on, but also wants to look out for them. Sometimes having an armour up leaves little room for a second chance to get into her heart.

Jack, with a list as long as a piece of string with the wrongs he’s trying to right, but with that sexy smirk & beautiful charm he has for a certain lady in his life how is she going to resist. Now’s the time for the charm to dim down and the real to be shown and boy he’s a hard man to keep your armour up against!!

If you’ve read Ashton Scott (which you don’t need to this can be a standalone read) you’ll see some familiar faces and it was so good to be back with this lot. I looooove Jack, but Jessica was such an amazing character I love everything she stands for, Nina you wrote a female who we’d absolutely love to have her in our 7!!!!! X

Beautiful second chance romance

I absolutely loved Jack and Jessicas story. It grabbed me from the first page and i couldn't put it down. Jack is a romantic, sentimental, caring, loving, creative and sometimes bossy man. He has to be one of my favourite characters that Nina has ever written. Jessica is a strong, smart, loving and supportive women. She has a small but wonderful group of friends and famiy that she would do anything for. The way that these two finally get back together would have to be one of the best stories I have read,it made me smile throughout.

This is a story that every romance reader should read. I absolutely loved every moment of it. Jack and Jessica have found themselves on the list of my most favourite couples. They are incredible individuals and I was rooting for them to find their happily ever afters together from the go!

I’ll hold up my hand and admit that I haven’t read Ashton Scott and it appears to me that many of the characters in this book will have featured in Ashton’s book. Did I feel that I was missing something whilst reading Jack’s story? No, not really. Jack Kingsley can definitely be read as a standalone. However, I will be reading Ashton’s story and I already have it downloaded on my kindle to start later today. I want to learn more about Ashton and Lorelei, and I have a strong feeling that Jessica and Jack’s relationship during that period of time will feature in their story too.

I adore Jessica. For me, she absolutely stole the show throughout this story and I was thankful that she was in the majority of scenes. I want to be more like her. Jessica is strong, successful, determined, smart, ambitious and has this fabulous personality that whenever she says something, I love to hear it. She’s a no-nonsense girl. Jessica has an incredible close circle who adore, respect and appreciate her as much as she does them. She’s a remarkable woman who deserves nothing but peace and happiness for the rest of her days.

Every reader will fall in love with Jack, of this I’m certain. His journey is one to be proud of and I’m certain that today he is able to feel this way.

This is a story that had me gripped from beginning to end. I was invested in Jack and Jessica – they are made for each other. Their story is one of love, heartache, forgiveness and the importance of communication. They have exceptional chemistry. I thoroughly enjoyed their banter and interactions. I laughed and smiled lots, but also shed a tear or two.

Jack Kingsley receives 5 must-read stars from me. I highly recommend this book to you to read.

Awwwww *heart eyes*! I flove Jack, i have done since he first turned up in Ashton Scott. This book made me so happy for a number of reasons but the main one being he finally got his happily ever after.

These two were always going to have a rocky start. They butted heads in Ashton's story but you also felt Jessica's hurt and Jack's struggles. There was always going to be a big hurdle to get over in their journey before they get to the finish line. I loved how hard Jack fought for them though, he would have gone over that hurdle a million times to get Jessica back. He realised it was their time and he did everything in his power to earn her trust and also to trust himself.

Jessica is a real b@ll buster of a woman and i truly love her because she stands her ground when needed but she also knows when to retreat and accept things she has no control over. She may gripe and moan about it but shes caring and forgiving so figures out compromise pretty quickly and i loved that about her. She solves problems and shes exactly what Jack needs.

Jack pulled me into full on adoration. I know he messed up but his heart is always in the right place. Hes kind and patient and so caring to those he loves. Over the years i think he just didn't turn that on himself often enough. Thankfully both Ashton and Jessica have always tried to do that for him when he struggled.

These two together so compliment each other, they fit together like lock and key. Not sure which one is which but they so work! I swooned for both of them in different ways, and their happy ending gave me all the vibes!

This story is mostly about them. Their struggles independently and also whilst together. They go on a real discovery of life and what matters the most which i loved! It's not all action and drama its a love story you'll be invested in even before the start.

Loved as always this authors work. Every story she writes i see her growth and i'm here for it! 1,000,000,000% recommend. Bring on Beckett!

“I can help Jack save his pieces.
I only hope I can keep all mine in the process.”

A slow burn second chance romance but let me tell you I haven’t read anything that gave me all the feels like this…
Boy meets girl, boy is super famous, girl is super ambitious and the media, the pressure and the expectations pull them apart. Misunderstandings and perceptions keep them apart for 6 long years, each orbiting one another in their periphery, aware but too hurt, too broken to reach out and take the first step. But when Jack realises that something needs to change otherwise he will never break the destructive cycle Jessica chooses to step up to take the pressure off one of her seven and maybe save the man who holds all of her pieces in the palm of his hand even if she denies it…

This story is one of battling addictions, forgiveness and a journey to happiness. Showcasing how even those who we think have it all are only human and not godlike and are fallible too. I love how they interact and banter with one another. I love how he sets his sight on his new goals and keeps chipping away until he can see the light. I love her sassy mouth and her bruised heart that is still big enough to help and support those in her inner circle even though she knows it will cost her heavily. I love how unselfish these characters are when they love you they are all in. This book is filled with a rollercoaster of emotions. So buckle up buttercup and enjoy the ride!

A five star perfect to combat Asshole Mondays reads!

WOW!!! I need a Jack Kingsley in my life!!!

Nina Levine is well known for her Alpha heroes and her sassy heroines. Jack Kingsley can definitely be Alpha but that isn't his default state of being. Jack is a strong man who is not afraid to show his sensitivity to those he loves. And he's more than man enough to let the love of his life be just as bossy as she needs to be. When he blows up his life and goes home to Australia to basically take a time out and figure out where he wants his life to go who else but said love comes to make sure he keeps away from the drugs and alcohol until his BFF can get there.

Jessica Calvary is everything I want to be when I grow up!!! Damn, the lady balls on this chick!!! I adore her and I want to be added to her list of seven. This woman, tough as nails with a gooey center. I laughed so many times. And a couple of times I wanted to reach into the page and just hug Jessica so hard.

These two together were the perfect mix and I loved being reminded how much I liked Ashton Scott. And there were several characters that I would LOVE to get to know better!!! Thank you, Nina Levine, for another fantastic read!!!!

Oh my heart Nina has totally nailed Jack and Jessica's story. It has been a long time in the making and it was worth the wait.

Jack Kingsley is the most swooniest grumpy guy ever and for all that he went through made me love him even more.

Jessica was a hard A$$ and stuck to her guns. She was always on top of everything. She had a way with her words spec with Asshole Mondays, Testicular Tuesdays like where did she come up with this stuff hahaha.

I absolutely LOVED Jack. Jacks strenght was amazing in it self. There are not a lot of people that hit rock bottom and realize they don't want to be down there hurting the people that love them the most. The way he fought for his life and the life he wanted with Jessica left me in awe of him. His battle, his support system, his fight for the love of his life made me believe that love can conquer anything.

Jack and Jess were made for eachother, they had to go through the heartache and many years apart to make them a stronger couple in the end.

From the swoony bossines of Jack to Jess wanting the grey shirts and trying to find the fishing spears, this book is my most fave of ninas and if you havent read Ashton Scott it is a must!!! Your best to read that one first then Jack Kingsley!!!!

Asshole Mondays, Testicular Tuesdays, Jessica, Jessica, Jessica where do you come up with this stuff, oh that's right from your sister from another mother Nina Levine! I wanna be like Jessica and just say take your asshole Mondays and testicular Tuesdays and stuff 'em, but I also want to have the kind of caring and nurturing that she has for her people. I also want her shopping list of a fishing spear, a frying pan, and an iron, they could really come in handy!
Let's move on to Jack. I love Jack, he is a strenght in and of itself. There are not a lot of people that hit rock bottom and realize they don't want to be down there hurting the people that love them the most. The way he fought for his life and the life he wanted with Jessica left me in awe of him. His battle, his support system, his fight for the love of his life made me believe that love can conquer anything.
Jack and Jessica, you can just tell that they really do belong together, there's just nobody else out there for either of them, they are each other's person. They make me laugh with their wit and banter, they just give it to each other at a moment's notice.
This is the book...this is it! If you haven't read Ashton Scott yet, read it first to meet Jack and Jessica.

Be still my heart we all need a Jack Kingsley in our lives. I love the way Nina writes her characters her men are alpha but with a softness and the women are strong and fun. We were introduced to Jack and his complex personality in Ashton's book it made me curious. to find out more.

When Jack comes home it brings Jessica back into his life. The reader is never in doubt that Jessica is not just the one who got away but the love of his life. I loved that he was so unafraid to put his feelings out there and that he never stopped trying to break her down. The way his struggles were written could be anyone of us and not just a succesful movie star. It is not just him looking back on his past mistakes but taking ownership of them too, the slow realisation he comes to through therapy.

I already loved Jessica she is tough she has to be to keep Ashton under some kind of control. I admired her character and wanted to be included in her circle of trust. I laughed at the banter between them it reinforced their history and respect for each other. Obviously the chemistry is there, the sexual tension is easy to see and I was happy when they finally gave in. The storyline has the perfect mix of friendship and sex which lets you get to know both really well.

The epilogue was the perfect way to end the story and gave a real feeing of closure and had me smiling from ear to ear.

Jessica Calvary gets sent to help the one person she really doesn’t want to…Jack Kingsley! He needs a sober companion but Jack is more than she bargained for. Rich, famous and the one that broke her heart so many years ago. What could go wrong…right? Can Jessica keep Jack on the right path without falling for him all over again? This was a slower paced read for me as it deals with the day to day “babysitting” of Jack while he deals with addictions and getting his life on track. I did enjoy the connection they had and Jessica’s no nonsense attitude. Oh and stone security makes a little cameo too! A sweet second chance romance with some serious issues thrown into the mix. Told in dual POV

Jack and Jessica have a love like no other, but when Jack destroys it all he's about to find out who is really there for him. Jack is going through some stuff and he's decided that before he loses it all he needs to take a step back. An actor who is good at what he does has drifted down the wrong path. Jessica is a sweetheart who has been through so much. Her boss we know and fell in love with Ashton Scott is there for the sweet banter that makes up this amazing woman. Jessica gives zero Fs about what comes out of her mouth. When she's asked to go help the one man that destroyed her well she wants to do anything but. I really, really liked Ashton, but damn, I love Jack!

I was rooting for him and Jessica to find their way back to each other in the first book already, but I wasn't ready for everything that was Jack Kingsley. He feels deep, hurts deep, and loves so hard.
Even though the reason why he lied to Jessica six years ago was dumb, or at least that shouldn't have been the way to handle things, they needed that time apart to grow and come back to each other. Jessica annoyed me in some situations, but Jack could more than handle her and it was actually cute to witness. He handled her tantrums just like his past, addictions, and future, very damn well in the end.

Jack Kingsley is one of the best second chance books of 2021 I’ve read! This book is so swoon worthy and hit me all in the feels. Jessica and Jack have this awesome banter and they give as good as they get, but they absolutely complete each other. Jack loves to be bossy and sweet, while Jessica is stubborn and will slay dragons for someone she loves. Together they are dynamite! You need to read this book for the desk, the text messages, the tea party and the grey t-shirts alone. This story is a perfect example of how new beginnings can change your entire life for the better! Nina Levine this is one of my all time favorite books you’ve ever written. I want Jack to be my front runner for life!

What can I say? Once again Miss Levine gave us an amazing book. She has a way of painting characters that feel like Family. From the first lines I loved Jack and Jessica.
I absolutely adore Nina Levine's female characters because they are strong and fierce females who stand for themselves.

Their love story was real, sad, happy, beautiful and a bit crazy at time.

I also love that we can see the "dark side" of Hollywood. Behind the glam and glitters.

Thank you Nina for this.
Ps: I haven't read Ashton Scott but I think I will now...

These two were meant to be from the first moment we met them in Ashton Scott, they are perfect for each other. Each of them pushing the other to be the best version of themselves.

I don’t even know where to begin with this review, this book was everything I was hoping for and so much more. Jack has had me intrigued since Ashton Scott’s book and I could not wait to delve deeper into his psyche. Jack has so many layers and I never enjoyed peeling back each one as much as I did in this book. His vulnerability, his tenacity, his strength, and his love for Jessica kept me turning page after page.
Jessica is just a total badass. She says exactly what’s on her mind, her wit is brilliant, and I think she’s who I want as my new best friend.
These two together were dynamite. Nina has the most brilliant way of writing characters and just has their chemistry exude right off the page.
This was definitely a five star read for me.

Jack Kingsley is DIVINE! And I don't just mean the title character. Nina Levine has upped that swoon meter to a huge 10 where this book is concerned and I've got the huge feels to prove it. The second chance romance that is Jack and his long-suffering albeit tough as nails woman in Jessica Calvary (clever last name btw...since she does in fact come to his rescue in the most wonderful of ways) hits all the marks for me. Not only does his recovery from all the demons he had a hard time refusing make him beyond sexy but his devotion to the woman he let get away 6 years prior had me sighing happily with each turn of the page.

I thought I loved his bestie, Ashton Scott, but Jack Kingsley is firmly in a category all by himself. The way he is determined to not only win the love of his life back but set his Hollywood career back on the best track no matter what may be thrown at him was just so endearing. He clearly needed Jessica by his side and even though his intentions were from the heart when he convinced her and the world that they were through, when long-held secrets are finally revealed from both of them I just knew they would find the way back to one another for good. And I'm here to say I wasn't disappointed.

From the very first pages, I was in stitches as Jessica continues to put her boss Ashton in his place over and over again with thoughts of harming him in the most hysterical of ways. And that right there is what sets this book apart from many others: it's the sharp wit that is full of feeling even when it seems off the charts silly or even a bit evil. Jessica may use it as a barrier to keep her heart safe but down deep, she loves her people with Jack and Ashton firmly at the top of that list. I just loved her. Her take-charge attitude had me envious of her skills and I could see why Jack and Ashton adored her for all that she could tackle no matter what was placed in her lap.

The re-igniting of Jack and Jessica's love affair had a tenderness neither could resist as his path to bigger and better things while still dealing with the brutality of being in the public eye showed a side to Jack that had been sorely missed by both of them. It was a true joy watching them rediscover what they loved most about each other all the while trading playful barbs that only they could appreciate.

Much occurs that threatens to separate them again but I was really impressed at how Levine told their story and didn't shy away from some of the harder moments that Jack and Jessica had to face. Their love is one that was always meant to be and no one was happier to see them find it again than this reader. Right along with Lorelei, Ashton, Mira, and even the at-times doubtful Will, I was firmly in their camp, hopeful they'd recapture what they once had but this time around make it even better than they thought possible.

There are some side characters who greatly intrigued me and I'm hopeful we get to see more of them in the future. Knowing that Nina Levine has many more stories revolving around what started with the bossy Ashton Scott in her writing arsenal has me convinced she'll find new readers with these well-crafted tales.

Jack Kingsley is pure pleasure from start to finish and the man, himself, has definitely become yet another favorite in the Levine stable. When looking for a book that will make you smile, swoon and sigh like nothing else, grab Jack Kingsley. You won't be able to let go even when those last words are read and will have found your newest heartthrob in this incredible man, as well as an unforgettable heroine you might just be as jealous of as I am.

5 huge stars!
