I read this book in a day. I’m not shure how i feel about it.
I liked Alex in the first chapter, but Carrie i’m still deciding; Alex was a good character in the beginning, funny and he was really proud about his accomplish with the wrestling, but then he turn to be a little vain and started doing everything to make Carrie’s profesional life very complicated. He felt like he was a god send from heaven, very cocky in a bad way.

A very short read.
But a very fine read.
We first meet Alex, a Scottish wrestler who has travelled all the way to the States for the first time for his champion ship.
Along the way, he meets Carrie, his agent and with a spirit of fire that amuses Alex a lot.
They fight like cat and mouse through most of the book but of course there's the element of sizzling chemistry.
There's no denial in that.
Overall a very fine, fantastic, and fabulous book!

I literally just finished this. It was very fast paced and very short. i didn't know that it was a short read until it said "The End" Lol

I am so disappointed. After reading the blurb, I felt I had to read this book. I didn't notice it was a novella but who cares, right ? I mean : sport, romance, Scottish... SIGN ME UP !
And yet, Alex quickly got on my nerves after the first chapter. He was naive, immature and annoying. I couldn't understand how, after working so hard for his big break, he became like this. Pinned is a novella length story, I saw some reviews that expected it to be a full length novel so now you know!
This story is fast paced insta everything, these two are at each others throats one minute and on each other they next. I love banter and strong heroines and we got both in this quick read.

Wow, I loved this book so dang much! I was drawn in right away and still in the story after reading the end. I found myself pulling for Carrie and Alex right away! I totally understand why Carrie fault the attraction for so long, her ex was a real duce bag. The end had tears in my eyes thinking they weren't going to get their HEA. I didn't realize this book was so short! I thought it was too short - it felt like a novella even though it's not. I also did not think it was a unique story either. It was too short for there to be a good backstory and I felt like it was definitely an instalove story. I would not recommend this book to friends because while the characters had good promise it just wasn't enough of a story for there to be any strong feelings one way or the other. I was really disappointed.

Pinned by Kristal Mckerrington is a novella about a wrestler, Alex and an agent, Carrie. I don't have an issue reading novellas, a lot of time an author can put everything you need into a short story. I felt that this story lacked. Alex is a cocky sports athlete who follows his dreams and goes to the US to join the WWWF foundation. Carrie is his new agent, and does not fall for his charms. This is a well written story, which had me intrigued and hooked throughout. I look forward to reading more from this author, whose work I recommend for all.
This was a quick read. It had some interesting characters.
This is a very short read...the whole story seems rushed an unfinished...not for me
Received this book as an ARC. Enjoyed the book overall but not enough character and storyline development but in the end a decent read.
