"Even Donkeys Speak" is a collection of true stories that are written for children, but they can also be fully appreciated by teens and adults. Each short story is an account of how God is at work in India, from helping a young man learn English (which he struggled with) so he could become a missionary to miraculous healings that led families to follow Christ. Each story is a quick read and gives glory to God. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who'd like to teach their children more about missionary work in India, how God is at work there, and how God can use any situation for His glory.

I read each chapter of this book to my sons either in the mornings or at lunch time or after eating dinner. Each chapter is a true story. My sons loved learning about how God was able to heal people or save people from death by amazing miracles because of either missionaries through Gospel For Asia, or through radio broadcasts, etc. It was really great. I think the way the gospel of Christ spreads to countries that are oppressed like many Asian countries that GFA works with shows the book of Acts put into action that it is extremely inspiring.

Our family very much enjoyed reading these stories aloud together as we learned about India in our homeschool this year. It was very inspiring to read modern-day stories of how God is working and changing people, families, and whole villages! I also very much appreciated that these stories were suitable and short enough for my 3 and 5-year olds to follow and enjoy!
