В силу спцецифики моей работы, уже почти 15 лет я изучаю переговоры, обучаю переговорщиков, участвую в работе переговорных команд. Размеется, дома подобралась уже целая библиотечка книг по переговорам. Пишу это всё я не просто так, а как бы на старте рецензии намекаю, что мне есть с чем сравнивать :)

Книга Г.Кеннеди "Переговоры. Полный курс" несёт на обложке разноцветный логотип Сколково, и фактически рекомендуется читателям в качестве учебника Московской школы управления (т.е. Сколоково :)).

Покупая книгу Кеннеди «Переговоры. Полный курс» думал, что это переиздание его популярной книги «Договориться можно обо всём!». На деле же оказалось чрезвычайно скучная, сухая, академическая книга, которую было невероятно трудно читать не только из-за всего вышеперечисленного, но ещё и из-за тяжелого слога. В итоге получилось, что это одна из немногих книг, с которыми решаешь, как поступить: выкинуть на помойку или сдать в макулатуру?
В начале книги Кеннеди описывает четыре стадии переговоров:
