10* fave! I just love, love, love the characters in this series- the droids, the humans and the subs! They're so unique and likeable and you just want to root for them even through their mistakes or bad decisions etc. I really hope this isn't the end for them. I want to hear about their move to Paris, and Den going to cookibg school and how Miranda's adjusting to her new body and what's happening with Ionia's transformations etc. etc. I feel like there's so much more to their stories just waitin ...more

Excellent tale of adventure, danger, romance, angst, selfishness and generosity. Ionia tries to control her experimental nanobots while Den, her android boyfriend, tries to keep Ionia safe — and learn how to cook French cuisine. Their friend, Simon, tries to save his sister, Miranda, from a fatal disease but Miranda wants to live a little as long as she can. And then there’s the volcano ...

Freed Spirits was described as the “heart-stopping conclusion to the Ionia Chronicles,” and I would definitely have to agree. It was intense, thrilling, and heart pounding! I could not put it down!

I felt like book 2 had gotten a little better than book one and had really drawn me in to the story, but this one took the cake! It was the best of the three and I can’t believe the story is over! I loved every minute of it!

Ionia was so badass in this one! Den felt so human, and I absolutely loved gett

The third book of this series,  we bounce between Antarctica, with Simon and his incredibly  bratty  sister Miranda, and San Francisco, where Ionia and Den now reside.

It is difficult  who has the most trouble  in their lives, but the friendships  are strong  and is what sees the group through,  in the end.

From the frozen land of Antarctica in the first book....Ionia and Den have had plenty of adventures since then and are rushing headlong into the next adventure in this conclusion to the trilogy. A very fun read with plenty of action.
The Conclusion ofThe Ionia Chronicles! At the start of Freed Spirits, Ionia finds herself in a pretty good place – literally – as she and her droid honey, Den, are in future!San Francisco, and she is still in possession of the amazing nanobot powers that saved her life at the end of the previous book. She has come to a loving truce with her strict mother, survived attacks and metamorphic changes. Naturally, these changes also leave Ionia questioning her own identify and future. How human is she ...more

Good Story, terrible editing.

The story, itself, is decent with engaging characters, but the editing was obviously done with some form of autocorrect. While every word was spelled correctly, some portions lost meaning as words had been replaced. This series really needs an editor. If you’re capable of looking past the grammatical errors and sometimes very difficult to read passages, the story is cute and a good time-killer.

Outstanding series

This is an excellent series that will grab on page 1 of book one and won't let you go until the last page of book three. If you like fantasy you will enjoy this series.

Another winner! Lots of action, intrigue and some romance. It keeps you rooting for the main characters to the end. A satisfying conclusion to the trilogy.
