The world around the Revolutionaries is crumbling. And Caitlin’s biggest test is yet to come…

The Governor is defeated, the tides appearing to turn.

But as Caitlin continues her search for the Unknown, guided only by the crudely drawn map the Governor left behind, she finds herself led vastly off-track.

A haunting encounter in the woods. A broken city of rebels. A terrible secret hidden in the sewers beneath the earth.

The gates to Caitlin’s world are opened, and the Mad want in.

Set within the wonder of the Kurtherian Gambit Universe, discover the chaos and insanity of the Age of Madness—a time when the world turned on its head, and nothing is as it appears…

A super third book of the series!

Both Caitlin, and her brother, Dylan, have much to occupy themselves, as Caitlin goes off to find Kain, who disappeared mysteriously, while her group fought the Mad.

She is determined to find him, so leaves Dylan in charge of their home town, while she and her closest friends in the Revolutionaries, including Mary-Anne, try and find him.

It takes a young wolf cub, who appears from nowhere, and leads them, eventually, to a broken city, to find Kain but, when they enter the city, they are caught by humans, who tie them up, and blindfold them, to lead them to their secret homes.

Soon, Caitlin learns that a war is brewing between a band of Weres, who are determined to be the top dogs, and the surviving humans.

In the meantime, Dylan is looking for any other places within the forest, that might wish to join with them, to try and bring civilisation back but, just as he finds a small settlement, things start going wrong at home.

I enjoyed reading this book very much, and can't wait to start book four: The City Revolts, especially as book three was left at a rather important cliff hanger!

I'm just so glad that I bought the whole series together, or it would be painful, having to wait, while each new book is released!

So, there's at least one advantage to finding the Kurtherian Universe books, at least three-odd years after they were first released! Lol

Another winning off shoot in the KGU!

I'm one of the dedicated obsessive fans of KGU so have literally read every book to date. I read them generally the day they hit Amazon so I hope that says something about how amazing this universe and ALL the authors in it truly are. The characters just suck you in making you love them and all they fight for.

To Daniel Willcocks just friggin amazing man!!! I see you as another amazing choice to join the family of authors and fans who make the universe into something unique and so worth my time. I honk Michaels horn all the time so this time is for just you! (Imagine huge loud obnoxious catcalls, clapping and jumping up n down in a fangirl sort of way....despite me being in my 40s rotflmao)! Thanks so much for time, effort and willingness to sharing your amazing characters and their stories, I truly love them all! Heather

Great book

Another great book to add to the Kurtherian Gambit Universe! Just what we've come to expect from anything that Michael Anderle's is a part of. And I'm so glad he has brought Daniel Wilcocks on board with all of the other incredible author's who write in this universe. Because I've never enjoyed horror in either the movies I watch or the books I enjoy reading, I might have missed out on reading the shear talent and imagination that Daniel Wilcocks brings to the pages. The well defined characters have quickly become people I want to learn even more about. And I'm especially looking forward to reading more about Mabel! I loved the way he showed both the adventures of Caitlin's crew and what is happening back at home! If you haven't checked it out yet, be sure to grab the first book of this series, you won't be disappointed!

Travel the world, meet new people, kill them...

Well, not all of them! Caitlin and crew have set out to bring together the survivors and strengthen alliances. They meet some nasties along the way and, of course, make some new friends. I'm loving it!

Some crazy battles and lots of laughs, plus a little surprise at the end. Now to wait for the next book...

Wolves, Bears and weres

Great build up to the new future as the madness stops being the reason people stay in one place. Weres that can change. We finally find out why Kain left his pack looking forward to the next book

Hard to put down

This book sucks you in right away. The different stories weaving in and out of each other are fantastic. Of course we still have the Madness and it's come to Silver Creek. I cannot wait to see what comes next

Was MA a book publisher before the WWDE?

This is a fun series with great characters that are still growing and changing, to me that’s the best kind!

Entertaining story that advances the overall story arc. The characters are likable and entertaining. A kidnapping takes the team to a city in peril. There are several new and interesting characters introduced as the core team seeks to rescue their friend.
