Also that happiness lies in the smallest thing , it’s not supposed when I achieve a huge goal but the experience and special moments I face during the process of achieving it . Immediately , after reading this book I just felt happy naturally l ; although , I didn’t take time to follow what’s written in the book. Reading it just gives you happiness .

Am I unhappy to read a book about happiness? No, I am not unhappy. I just want to be happier.. Believe it or not, the second title got my attention first: 52 ideas that will change your life🤓 And I think it will.. I kept taking mental notes of things to do. What I came out of the book , especially after reading the interviews of those who completed 100 happy day challenge , is that happiness is journey not a goal and it comes from within. It also comes from little things. Thanks for a great book which brings me to an essential question: Are you happy about writing a a book about happiness
I enjoyed this audiobook so much! It's full of good information and practical tips that are easy to put to use. I highly recommend it. I found myself taking tons of notes and going back and listening to some parts again and again. I have read books on Depression before but this really seemed eyeopening. I will be recommending it to my friends!

I really enjoyed this book, part about being mindful and live in the moment. Part about , you are where you should be even if this is not where you want to be. And my favourite, try new things even if you know you will not enjoy them coz you might surprise yourself. As beautifuly put by the author, happiness is a descion, it is not something you earn by hard work, you can , right now, give youserlf the permission to be happy. You do not have to reach certain age, social level, degree or be rich to be happy. 52 ideas will enlighten your life, give you hope, lift your heart . Worth reading and applying it. Great gift for friends an family. It hectic stressed word, this brings calmness and happiness :)
I usually have trouble getting through self-help books. I find them a drag. I lv hw this 1 is to the point and filled with applicable, practical advice. I like hw it covers different aspects of everyone’s life and divides the advice into points or bite sizes. This breakdown makes it easier to digest the information. the author simplifies very complex emotions and realities that might be right in front of us that the overthinking mind fails to register clearly in a depressing world. Awesome work, worth the read.

May be we made them think they had the authority to discourage us. If we really listened to them or behaved according to their advice, we would probably screw up because they don’t have the knowledge nor the experience that gives them the authority to advise us. It is our insecurities that made them so confident.”
Glad to have read this book, especially at this very period of time, different, well organized, simple, easy to comprehend and to the point.
I really loved it and it was well written and the ideas are very helpful and unique and truly life changing. I also loved that I could relate to the author so much which made me connect more to the book.
Good suggestions, some looks really simple. Sometimes I question the validity of the suggestions because they seem to be individual opinions and experiences, but overall not bad.
There is no manual for happiness but I believe that happiness comes when a person decides to be peaceful and calm. In this book you will find 52 ideas that will help you to find the peacefulness inside you and practice living happily. What I liked about this book is that the ideas are presented in a very simple way that any reader will easily interpret. And also it could be read whenever you are feeling down to be reminded fast on how to overcome the negative feelings and hard situations. It is like an easily accessible therapy book.
This was surprisingly pretty good. I loved how genuine the author was, and how he always cut straight to the point without going on and on about random tangents or talking about whatever things magically worked for him and should therefore work for everyone else. The book felt like gentle advice given by a friend. It makes you self-reflect about your life and gives you a little boost of hope to keep going.
a very nice simple book to read, This book really spoke to me . Great tips, quotes and research it's a reminder of how and why to be happy. Simply a guide to thinking differently about your own life and most importantly BE HAPPY ! Highly recommended
A life changing book! I finished this book in a day and a half, as I couldn't put it down after I started it. The language is simple, but the influence is huge. If you are suffering from depression or feeling down and worthless, this is the right book for you.
