A smart, enjoyable read

Up-front admission: I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Before I say anything else, let me say that I enjoyed this book. This was a good story, and most of the time the pacing was tight and focused. I would watch this movie or limited edition TV series.

Yes, in the end, I did enjoy this well-crafted story, but almost gave up. This could be a diamond, but rough is one way to describe it. Warning: This narrative includes crude street language and graphic scenes.
