Nice kickboxing overview. I would have given it 3 stars, but look at the title. You are not going to master anything by reading a 95 page book.

Kickboxing...a martial art birthed by the karate movement around the world. Very interesting like karate it also have forms(done by musical accompaniment) as well as various fighting options like semi-contact and full-contact and now also as mentioned in the book it also has an ethical code and it's aim is also finally to build character in a person. So it is in all things very similar to it's parent karate! Nevertheless there seems to be more actual fighting done in kickboxing according to the book and more intense. The book itself covers kickboxing as a martial art in a very introductory way but also sketching the scope of kickboxing in the world.
