The author offered me a chance to read his book and asked that I write an honest review, which follows.

This book consists of 6 chapters or keys. As I read the book, I highlighted many passages. For this review, I will include one highlighted passage with each key.

Key one-confidence
The key to happiness is gaining a sense of confidence in whatever is dear to you and that which you love, provided it promotes a positive self-esteem.

Key two-developing healthy habits
If we wish to live happier lives, we need to implement habits that will systematically ensure our happiness.

Key three-manage your time-follow your dreams
The third key to happiness is a dual-key: following our dreams and managing our time. The reason for this is because we cannot do the one without having learned the value of the other.

Key four-physical and mental wellness
Spirituality is key to mental health. Take time to reflect on your spiritual values.

Key five-love
When we love others we experience love in return. There is no greater feeling of happiness than of instilling a sense of happiness in someone else. This is one of your greatest tools to happiness.

Key six-gratitude
Gratitude is an emotion and as such, drives powerful purpose. For you to be grateful, you need to feel grateful.

Even if you are like me and naturally consider yourself a happy person, you can still pick up much insight from reading this book. I know I did.

I love the opening to the book, it really grabbed my attention. There are so many great ideas and recommendations in this book. I initially sat down to read a few chapters, and still found myself reading it a couple of hours later. I personally do some form of physical fitness most days, however it’s not often that I would complete a mental health check on myself. Overall, I think there is becoming a general awareness around the world that people are suffering from depression and mind related issues. Brady Moller has done a fabulous job of putting together so many great ideas on how we can all improve our day to day lives. I use a number of techniques in this book, and they really do work. Managing your time to reduce stress is a great one. I really like the Authors writing style, and that he included some of his own personal experiences. This is certainly a book that I would strongly recommend. It’s well worth a read.

Fantastic

This is a fantastic book! Being in recovery, I could really relate to what Bradley wrote. He is right on with what he shared. I'm grateful that I had the opportunity to read this book. I plan to tell my friends about it, too.
