Very motivational

I've read many "self help" or motivational books in the past, mostly the Zig Ziggler or Tony Rollins type books. This is the first health related motivational book I've read and I really enjoyed it. Raymond provides real life examples I can apply to my life and ways I can commit to change my unhealthy habits to allow my inner dream body be realized.
I will commit to making my dream body a reality.

Great, helpful Resource!
I enjoyed reading Dream Body, because it answered a lot of my questions I had about muscle building and proper eating. Other than other books on this topic, there are quite some background informations. I live that the author is focusing on your self-image and that you need to train your mind for success.
