*A laugh out loud, cozy mystery by New York Times Bestseller Addison Moore*
Lottie Lemon never had a brush with the law until she was accused of murder.

My name is Lottie Lemon and I see dead people. Okay, so I rarely see dead people, mostly I see creatures of the dearly departed variety, aka dead pets. And for some reason those sweet, fluffy albeit paranormal cuties always

This is a completely new and fresh book from the lovely Addison Moore and I was excited to get my hands on it. I love it when Addison ventures into something different, this time we have a rom-com with a bit of mystery… the last book of Addison’s I read which had a mystery too I really did enjoy it, she knows how to go ahead and grip her audience and just reel you in. I was hooked from page one, but then again the cover just worked so perfectly. I love mystery books with a hint of romance, I fin ...more

Addison Moore delivers a heartfelt romance smack dab in the middle of a murder mystery where a sassy female becomes the prime suspect in the investigation and refuses to give up until she's cleared her name. Lottie Lemon is a small town baker whose specialties lie in her famous caramel apple pies cleverly nicknamed "cutie pies." When Lottie literally stumbles over a dead body she all of a sudden becomes numero uno on the suspect list due to previous bad blood between her and the victim. In the m ...more

Lottie was brought up with good manners, “for the record, he kissed me first. And well, I didn’t want to be rude, so I kissed him back.” I loved this booj, it was full of witt, and Lottie was a firecracker.

Another book by Addison Moore, this one is a rom con with a little side of homicide.
The story of Lottie was very good and very well written.
I really love her writing style and I can't wait for the rest of Lottie's story.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I LOVE VERMONT!!!

I know Vermont and the prospect of cozy romantic easy going murder mystery was just fine by me. Set during the most glorious of all season in the North East, Fall. Bring on the warm sweater and Spicy apple cider!!

The first few moment of the book had one of the funniest moment i've read in a long time. However after that, I started getting a gist of the kind of story it would be. Small town setting where everyone knows one another. And despite me wanting to submerge into that wor

This one is just something short of amazing to read. Lottie is just trying to start out with a new bakery and finds herself in the middle of all kinds of messes. Lottie also sees dead pets and they tell her of coming problems for their former owners. So when she sees an orange tabby rubbing on her landlord she knows something is going to happen. SHe hops for s skinned knee and instead gets so much more.

Of course, she meets a very sexy detective and a hunky judge during all of these crazy going o

A good start that just got a bit weak at the end.

Started off really well - humour, emotion, action and a terrific plot. However by the end it seemed to have run out of steam. However it was well written, even though the killer was obvious, and it did have some funny parts. She can see the dead -actually it's people's pets but whose quibbling. After seeing a dead kitten entwined in the legs of one of the twins that is suing her she's not really shocked when the twin ends up dead. Now not only is

I love Addison Moore and cozy mysteries are my new jam so when I saw she had a new series...I just about screamed out loud. Lottie Lemon and all of the Honey Hollow residents have charmed the socks off of me. Plus, she added a little paranormal aspect into this mystery that the other two series I read don't have. Lottie is sweet with not one, not two but perhaps three love interests. There's just something about a sweet little, quirky baker that speaks to me. Noah, Everett and Bear (the player e ...more

It looks like I’ll be following another series by Addison Moore!

This book is a fun little mystery with a dash of G-rated romance thrown in. It is a shorter book which means you can squeeze it in on a busy weekend.

The main character, Lottie, is a sweet, quirky, headstrong woman who has an unusual gift and a cat named Pancake. You’ll love them both. She clumsily runs into a judge, mistakenly asks a former homicide detective turned private investigator for a business loan and, oh yeah, stumbles upo

Cutie Pies and Deadly Lies is the first in a fantastic new series by Addison Moore!! I could not have expected any better from this author!! She always keeps me on my toes and gripping the edge of my seat! This book is no different!!

Lottie Lemon is disaster prone, and innocent as hell! Where it really counts! With powers like she has, can she solve this mystery, before she ends up on the chopping block? Will Noah and Essex be her saviors? Or will she be found guilty?

This is a MUST READ!! Addis

Addison Moore has been my favorite authors for years, and she never ceases to amaze me when it comes to her books; however, Cutie Pies and Deadly Lies has now become one of my favorites from Addison’s amazing mind. Lottie Lemon is insanely quirky, and she makes for a wonderful main character. Everything she does surprises me and makes me laugh. Also, the world that Addison created within this book has a very whimsical feel, with character that seem like they are very dynamic and fresh. This is a ...more

Addison Moore has been one of my favorite authors dating back to when she began the Celestra Series years ago. With her venture into a new genre she still demonstrates what an amazing author she is. This romantic comedy mystery is a fun read with genuine characters and an engaging storyline. I am so excited I got the opportunity to read an advance copy. As an avid reader I rely on reviews to choose books 'worth reading' and love when I can share my honest opinion to hopefully help another reader ...more

A murder mystery with the right amount of love and humor mixed in to make it a light and easy read!

I enjoyed this book immensely! Lottie Lemon is an adorable young country girl and she seems to have a knack for getting into messes. The biggest one being finding one of her not so favorite people face down, dead in the dirt. In order to clear her good name and standing in their small town, she sets out to solve the murder mystery herself. This leads you down a long road with lots twists to keep yo

This book is another homerun by this author! I have been a fan for years and she never disappoints. This book not only had the mystery aspect that keeps you guessing AND shocks you in the end, but has a wholesome love story and even some comedic moments. The only issue you will have is not being able to put it down.

A murder mystery with a sweet romance unfolding, I loved this book. Honey Hollow is beautifully described and I can see myself there. The characters really come to life and you can easily relate to them. Lottie Lemon is a spitfire and kept me entertained throughout the book. I can't wait to read the next book in this series!
