Highly recommended for anyone attuned to Reiki I. The book covers most of the same material as in the level I, II manual by William Lee Rand plus there are meditation CDs, Reiki music, and cards with the hand positions you can use as reminders when you're first learning.

Much of this was a review for me, but there were some helpful reminders, there are definitely a few techniques I want to try, I do enjoy using the cards, and the meditations and DVD are helpful. I appreciate that this kit provides different ways to access the material.
