Terrifically illustrated concept book for the very young reader. Spare prose and a multicultural cast of characters celebrate time spent together as friends and family.

I love the simplicity of this story! Would be excellent for just about any age in storytime and could even win over an older audience by adding a layer of signing the book too.

This is a picture book, but the text is just 2 opposite words. "Good. Bad. Happy. Sad." The pictures enhance the words, making it easier for those learning to read. ...more
