The recipes in this book are super easy, and very minimum ingredients. Some are only five ingredients. Most involve a number of dairy products, including cheese, cream, cream cheese, or milk. I have enjoyed the recipes made so far. He uses a lot of herbs and spices, so I usually cut back to make things less spicy, but recipes are good.
This was an amazing cookbook! So many yummy things to make that are low carb. Good instructions, well thought out options. Fonts work well to keep ingredients separate from directions.
