Side Piece: Stalked by My Best Friend's Man

LaShelle, a long-time mistress of Deshawn has made up her mind that she is no longer content being his "side-piece". Now, will he make it easy for her is the question.
This book said a lot without saying anything at all. It was filled with huge lulls and was unnecessarily wordy. There was no chemistry between any of the characters in this disjointed story. I kept waiting for the stalking or anything to begin. But, this book was more about an indecisive woman than a stalker. The stalker was treated like an after thought. I won't mention the odd cliffhanger. I'm hoping that the story comes together in book 2

Good Read
This is my first read by this author, but not my last. It was so much going on, that I couldn't put it down. Full of drama,secrets, twist, turns and suspense, kept me wondering what's happening next. Lah'Shelle, is looking for love and for someone to truly love her. Shawn only loves himself and has lead her on for years. Something isn't right about Helen and Jordan, but I can't figure it out. I know Helen isn't her friend. I'm still unsure about Devin, I really hope he's for real. But after all the twist in this book.. who knows. Can't wait to see what happens in PT2. Good job Keisha.

I enjoyed read this book. For some reason I believe Devin isn’t who he portrays himself to be!! I hope Shelle is naive and I hope she figures it out soon. I can’t wait for part 2!! ❤️😍

This book was about a young lady named Lah’Shelle Cooper, who just could not seem to find luck with men! Everywhere she turned, there was trouble – from her irresistible ex, Shawn, to the new guy in her life, Derek, to her best friend’s crazy stalker boyfriend, David. She goes through a series of twists and turns, filled with indecision, doubt, danger, and confusion, until she finally settles with the man of her choice. Who will it be???
I was honestly torn between giving this book 3-4 stars because although the book had SO much potential, there were a lot of holes in the plot. I believe that if the author got a good editor to help tie up all those loose ends, this would most definitely be a five star book. My suggestion would be to revise it.

This book was good. The first urban fiction I've read with no errors. I'm happy for Shelle, however I think something is not right about Delvin. He's doing all the right thing at this point, but I think in the next book shit is about to get real and Shelle will definitely not see it coming. I also done know if Heather is on the up and up at this point either since she has decided to want to come back into her friends life. I'm trying to visualize what the ending is going to be like.

I’m guessing that you have to be in a similar situation to understand why La’shell allowed Shawn to keep having sex with her especially after fighting his wife and he made her have abortions, I think Jordan is in love with La shell also because he made a point to tell her they we not related

IN BOOK 2 MORE NEED TO BE TOLD ABOUT HELEN SITUATION AND NOT SURE WHY IT WOULD END IN THE SPOT IT DID I PRAYER SHELLE GET HER HAPPINESS ... I LOVE JORDAN
