I'm not sure what I was expecting to read, but it definitely wasn't this! I was pleasantly surprised to see that it seemed like just any other romance story I've read from foreign authors, particularly when it comes to the writing. To be honest, the grammar is still something I find to be very distinct because Filipino grammar and sentence construction is very..proper, for lack of a better word. We rarely use slangs and lean towards more of a business English rather than a conversational
